I don't have CarPlay in my car (older car), but I make sure to get a rental that has it. I'll make sure it's in the next car I buy.

No, no, no. I don't want to pull anything out of my pocket. My current car is push to start and the key fob stays in my pocket and when I grab the handle it unlocks the car. To lock I just hit the button on the handle. Great experience. No one wants to tap their phone to open it!

Car Keys .. it SHOULD allow person comfort settings:
Seat, Steering wheel, driving modes, heating based on weather and location, etc.

I can walk up to my 2019 car right now, and put my hand on the handle and it unlocks. I can then just press start. I don't have to take anything out of my pocket...

Oh, the Car key implementation is slick with being able to allocate keys, limit use, etc.

Leave your keys at home...and get stranded when your phone battery dies. One less thing to have in your pocket. Way to innovate.
