Not sure I am a fan of this new MacOS. Guess I'll look harder into iPad Pro when my 2013 MacBook Pro goes. Looks exactly like iOS
Oh dear. MacOS Big Sur looks like bloody iOS. Not cool. So sad that they are moving Mac OS to iOS. I will be sticking with Mojave. It's a total con. MacOS will be gone in no time.

Now it makes sense, Apples own chips. Yay! (Sarcasm)

Historic day of the end of Apple as we know it.

So macOS now looks more like iOS than ever (same icons including the shape, same UI elements, same symbols…)?

I like the general design language. It always bugged me how different MacOS and iOS appeared - especially the app icons. Good riddance to the Mail icon.

All I want is stability and referenced libraries for Books and Photos. But the focus on looks makes me think this will be as unstable and remove as many features as Catalina.

So no one is going to mention how the rounded corners mirror the ipad corner look which is supposed to be the new iMac design look.
