Good. I don't want to live in a world where people are walking around with these and they're isolated (and regardless of this demo, EyeSight is bizarre. It's awful.
Creepy, in that Black Mirror kind of way, but probably better than not being there at all. How creepy is it for you to know someone can see you but tou can't see them? I'm guessing this is a stop-gap thing until they come up with a true, HUD-style transparent screen mounted on glasses. And they aren't mutually exclusive, because such a model will never achieve the degree of immersion this one does. As for EyeSight, the better the screens, the more realistic it will get. It won't be a replacement for true eye contact, and I expect people to develop the same kind of social etiquette they already [should] have with smartphones.Eyesight is creapy
Tim Cook should have done a live in-person demonstration with this Vision Pro.I'm trying to imagine my first in-person meeting with a client while wearing this.
100%%. To be fair, Apple is clearly positioning this as a single room use device.Anyone thinks you look hideous wearing Apple Vision Pro?
Yeah and interaction with people in front seems strangeAnyone thinks you look hideous wearing Apple Vision Pro?
Going to save this comment as wellRight? We'll be pointing out how thick these things are and how people actually thought they were going to wear these in public.
