Seems like a lot of hypotheticals in this Disney ad. Is there anything actually concrete here that exists that can be tried by the press at this briefing? Or just a bunch of renders showing what might happen?

Disney did a better job showing what it can do than Apple did.

Oh great, now I have to worry about Jawas stealing crap out of my living room while watching The Mandalorian.
Which is also important for, say, people with mobility limitations. I'm guessing there will be accessibility options for those people, so that they move around space in immersion mode. That would be incredible, IMHO.
The possibilities are limitless, and screw the stock price. This is actually Apple's classic MO; wait for all their competitors to, as we say in Portuguese, swim in mayo for a few years and release crappy iterations of revolutionary product categories and interaction models, and come up with a decent implementation thereof once the technology is there and eat their collective lunch. This thing looks sleek, and if it's comfortable and affordable enough – considering how advanced it looks –, it will be a hit.
y'all, the Disney thing made this presentation. Otherwise it was kind of dumb.
