Boo, you need to get lenses for the headset. Yuck, external battery and only a few hours of battery life.
Wonder how much they will be sued for all accidents it will cause?Wonder how much it costs to repair Vision Pro.
Creepy people are.Is everyone into Disney?
makes sense not to have that weight on your face/head....LOL! External separate battery pack?
It looks like iPhone 2G or the original iPad.Can’t believe the negativity here(well, ok I can)…….this thing looks extraordinary, this is like something from an 1980s Sci-Fi movie……bring it the **** on!
Can they be sneakers that are available at Payless, or are you firm on this?Sneakers... Sneakers... Sneakers... Maybe for the next WWDC they will limit presentors to shoes available at Payless. I guess at this level what shoes you wear is very important. Just seems distratracting to me.
So this is the Pro version… what does the base model give you? Tim's eyeglasses?
But you have to wear big, bulky googles on your face. Who wants to do that? What? That's the advantage. It's your phone, ipad, mac, TV, and more. All in one display you can take with you in the space decent headphones use. It's the biggest shift in computing and entertainment in at least a generation. 3D omnimax with the portability of a cell phone. 8 50" displays around your office but that pack up into your overnight bag. Truly insane that there are people who don't get it. Will this gen 1 device be perfect? Absolutely not. But is AR/MR the future of all computing/displays? Without a doubt.
Like seriously? "what's the advantage?" of carrying large displays with you instead of squinting at your phone? Or hunching over your laptop? Just the posture advantages to long term health are revolutionary.
2hrs of juice... you cannot finish any decent movie...makes sense not to have that weight on your face/head....
