How will it be worse? I've been waiting decades for a decent HMD with flying being the most obvious use case. 90% of travelers are just watching TV anyway, why not an imax sized TV, no hunching over a laptop, etc. Seems like it's better in every way

This is definitive uncanny valley stuff. As things become more and more real looking, your brain becomes more and more likely to reject them.
