Iphone Pro Max 128GB Graphite ordered nov 6th at 10am, still doesnt even show shipping from XM. Went to two stores nearby to try and pick up the device in store and then return the pre-order one, both stores did not have them in stock, the one store that did 40 mins away sold it 15 minutes before i arrived. This is ridiculous...
I don’t know how tied you are to buying only from Xfinity (due to rebates or upgrades or whatever) but if you have an Apple store within reach of you, check their inventory a bunch of times per day. You’ll get a sooner bite that way.

BECAUSE THE NEW PHONES RUN ON 5G YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE YOUR CURRENT SIM. DO A CHAT WITH XFINITY OR GO INTO THE STORE AND GET A 5G SIM CARD.
Not true. I felt dumb going to the local Xfinity store with my Pro Max when all I had to do was use the Xfinity Mobile App and change my plan to the 5G. I'm on unlimited so the price is the same.

Ordered two Graphite 256 Gb Pro Max phones (replacements for our iPhone 7's) Friday evening 11/13.
Received both XM "It's on it's way" emails 30 minutes ago with Fedex tracking numbers.
Fedex says "label created" with delivery estimated Wednesday 11/18.
Nicely done, XM!

Looks like things maybe moving for those of us who had the Null Null on their orders for the last month.
The null null thing has been removed on mine and now says not yet shipped.
Hope before Christmas after all. :)

Xfinity is so annoying. In order to upgrade to the 12 Pro Max, I need to bring my 11 Pro Max into one of their retail stores, no way to order a phone from them (new customers can). Been to a coupe over the last few days and none have stock. Whoever came up with the bright idea not to have a phone number to call a store is ridiculous. Customer support won't even help you try to track down a store that has them in stock, you must take a chance and physically go to store.

I got the 128 GB mini... now wish I had gone for the 256. Called Xfinity, but they say they are out of stock of the 256 and won’t have more until my exchange window is closed. And they cannot place the order until the 256 is back in stock (which makes no sense to me). So I guess I’m stuck?

yep

Frustrating and confusing that 1) they cannot place the order and just deliver whenever possible, 2) they cannot extend the exchange window (given that they cannot place the order within the window), 3) the reps on the phone have no insight into what stock exists in Xfinity stores.

all in all, not a super satisfying start to my experience with this carrier.

all ways be carful on what you order and what kind of phone you get that's why they call them per orders for a reason

Yup, that’s fair. It was my mistake to begin with. But it’s disappointing that they will not do anything to help a new customer exchange for a different (more expensive) device.

I’ve always bought directly from Apple SIM-free in the past and will be doing that from now on.

Anyone "upgrading" their line to the 12 - does your $250 rebate show up in https://www.xfinityrewardcenter.com/status ?

Mine does not... should it?

I ordered the 12 Pro on 10/17. It was delivered on November 3rd. Once I activated the new phone my rebate showed up on the reward center a few days after.

Thank you! I activated mine on Monday so I will give it time to show up. Just wanted to know if that website is a place to keep an eye out on for the cashback :)

I appears those Null Null orders are being shipped. Just got a FedEx notice saying my phone was on it's way.
Two friends who ordered the day after I did also got a email saying there phones have been shipped.

I just ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max 256 GB Pacific Blue with a Dec. 11 ship date after paying off my 11 Pro Max ($417). The rep I spoke to told me that I'll get the $250 gift card and told me that I can then bring the 11 Pro Max (after I get the 12 Pro Max) into an Xfinity store and she said I should get at least $500 or possibly a little more for the 256GB 11 Pro Max in perfect condition. She said it'd be around $750 when all is said and done. The reps aren't the greatest, so does this information seem right?

Hey just as a curiosity, what was your order date? I think I had ordered close to when you had! It’s good to hear that they are finally shipping.

Hahaha my biggest concern has been that they charged my card for $1200 a month ago and still no phone!

yes thats correct. I somewhat asked the same thing about getting the $250 gift card. I thought we had to "trade it in" but no you dont! i upgraded my X to the 12 pro max and i am still getting the $250 gift card and just came back from best buy to trade in my X for $300 store credit from best buy!

By any chance, has anyone had any luck getting the phone at the XM retail store? i am thinking of preordering another for my wife but maybe i should try and go to the retail store?

Stores I’ve been going to have no Pro, Pro Max, or Minis. They can’t even tell you when they’ll be getting one in, and some stores only got 1 Pro Max in since launch.
