AT&T hand delivered my XS Max today and within an hour, I noticed this on my own. I'm wondering how this still exists since this thread was started back in September.

Well, there has only been one minor software update since it’s release. It will probably (hopefully) be fixed in 12.1. But it is a trivial issue, it may not even be on Apples radar for fixing.

The vast (and I mean vast) majority of users not only won't see something like that but won't care about it even if they somehow do.

Oh boy. You should have tried to sell this to Steve Jobs. You would be up for a nice ride.

Yes. I don't Apple is really concerned about this. We'll supposedly have 12.1 on Tuesday. I'm looking forward to see what's changed and fixed.

I don't have the wifi problem others have reported. I have to use wifi calling at home on AT&T since my signal doesn't exist here.

Same, they removed the poll that services my area and now I live in a dead zone. I tired all the networks and none of them seem to work. Thankfully WiFi calling seems to work so I’m not completely cut off.

This is been an issue since the 5S.... I’m not going to just go and buy a new home so I guess I just have to deal. Now I just need to worry about extending WiFi into the garages.
