iPhone 12 Pro Yellow Screen/Tint? Display seem "Warm"? Check here first!

Still yellower than my X though...but maybe returning it isn’t a good idea.Damn!! I'll buy that from you.
The more I see, the more scared I get about doing the lottery.
Because the filter affects the contrast, brightness and colour, that’s why it a filter.
does it make the text look less crisp? say for example reading a wikipedia page.
To me it makes the whole screen look kind of washy looking, as someone else mentioned it’s like applying a film over the screen etc.
Besides everyone having a yellow tint. Is anyone also getting choppy and flickering images while watching vids? The best way I can describe it is as if the video has lag.
I haven't. The yellow screen is the only issue I have, otherwise the phone has been great. Probably my favorite iPhone I've had actually.
Here is my 12PM F2LDN next to an XS Max (which has perfect whites) The 12 has a slight yellow/red tint when compared to the XS but I found it hard to photograph. Next to LCD such as iPad or iPhone 8, the 12 is visibly more yellow/warm. When viewed alone the screen looks fine with True Tone off, the whites are reasonable, but too yellow with True Tone on. Do you think this phone has the problem or is a good one?

I think my screen might actually be defective then. I think I’m gonna give it a few more days before requesting an exchange. Hopefully by then all the screens are shipping in good condition.
After reading this article you may want to have a yellow screen rather blue screen.

While that could be true, this thread is about color accuracy. Editing photos with a screen thats better for my eyes doesn't help when I go to share or print it and its a completely different white balance.
Your 12 looks better than your X to me. I'd keep.
X has a blue hue and white balance looks correct. 12 pro is not capable of displaying "white". Hope iOS update fixes color profile.
I went through 4 iPhone X's and got 4 yellow ones and gave up. Nice to see one that isn't yellow. This one does have a bit of a blue push, but I'm down with that. I think the 12 is probably fine, slightly pink, but not as far out of range as some others
