I waited 2 hours in the Apple Store yesterday (granted walk-in, but was originally told 30 min) to get my i7 ordered direct rom AT&T replaced due to this issue, and the new one has the same exact issue. This is the new normal we can expect from Apple: defective products at a high cost.

I compared it to the demo i7's in store which didn't seem to have the issue. It's also the same model that apparently has slower Intel modems. F-U Apple.

No need to exchange phones. If you think your phone has a yellow tint you can adjust it with display accomodation.

Here is a quick and dirty comparison of my new iPhone 7 JB left is adjusted with display accomodation.
I did not know Tesco offered mobile phone service.
Is there anything Tesco doesn't do over there?!

Indoors, my iPhone 7 Plus looks decent. Outdoors, even in the shade, it looks dull and not very white at all.

Which one looks closer to the "white" apple is aiming for?

There's nothing wrong with a slightly yellow screen and in fact it's preferable to a blue one IMO. My 6+ had a yellow screen and it was fine. My 6S+ had a cool blue screen and it fatigued my eyes during long web browsing sessions. Cool screens look better at first glance but in use give me a yellow screen any day.

However, that's because Apple have only ever given me either a blue or a yellow screen over the course of six different iPhones through the years. My Sony Xperia XZ has the best LCD screen I've ever had. It is 1080p, neither cool blue nor yellow, perfectly white and has no flaws whatsoever.

On reviewer (can't remember which one it was) commented that the ip7+ definitely has a warmer looking screen than the 6S+. Or at least his was. The 6S+ normally is a bit on the cool white side.
It's kinda hard to see in photos, but the iP7 is on the left and the iP6s is on the right (both Plus). It seems to get darker as it goes down the screen (and night-mode is off entirely). I read that sometimes it can take a few days to settle? Or should I take it back?

I'd just hate to have to go to the trouble of exchanging with stock the way it is at the moment lol.

You just need to adjust the colour temp in iOS, just turn on colour filter.

I finally got my new iPhone 7 plus from Apple, the new one still has a darker (gray) brightness on the left side (compared with the right side), but not as much as my previous 7 plus. Ill think ill keep the new one.

How does my 7+ screen uniformity look?

I think it's quite acceptable...slightly darker at the bottom.

Unbelievable. Week 46 here. This is the latest week.

The worst screen I've ever seen.

Its exactly how it looks in person, pink spots everywhere

Yup their QC is a complete fail

I really don't think there is any QC, certainly not where the screens are concerned. Every single one of my iPhones have had a screen grumble, most have been borderline acceptable but zero have been perfect by any means. Yet my Xperia XZ has a perfect display, as does my Samsung tablet. People say it's the fault of LCD technology and yet both my Android devices have LCD screens.

When AMOLED comes to the iPhone I'm sure that the poor QC will remain. Unless Apple just can't spare the time to operate proper quality control and/or the screen manufacturers can't do either because they're struggling to keep up with demand, then perhaps Apple are intentionally sourcing low quality screens in order to maximise their profits.

That image of the phones screen gave me cancer! Return it and get a new one!

I'm already prepared for their denial technique. "Sorry but I really don't see anything wrong with it" and then they proceed to take off their glasses to have a better look and say the same thing
