2:11-Less than an hour before Ghall's date starts.

UPDATE:
2:22-She has just texted me saying that she's sick. Is this date EVER gonna' happen?
She said this weekend!

Sounds like she wanted revenge.

You need to sit down one on one face to face and talk to her. Stop the face-book, text, going through friends. Face to face is the only way to sort out the issues.

Uhh, no. They were both sick before, and she could easily be still sick.

Personally, I'd still try for the date thing, but focus on just hanging out together at school, as if there was no looming date.

I think you're right, but maybe she really is sick... After all, ghall said she had been sick when he cancelled, and that's why she didn't reply right away... But it's true that face to face is the best option here.

Ghall, in case you're desperating, I'll tell you a little history of mine... I met a girl on internet once, pretty much the same way that you did; she was from another city (100 km or so away from mine). We started by chatting using IM and we really started to like each other. About two weeks afterwards (two weeks of chatting almost daily), we decided to meet; I went to meet her about a week and a half after that, and we spent the most amazing day together. She later confessed me that she almost didn't go to the date, so nervous she was... Sadly, the very next day I had to travel out of the country for a month (that's why we met that day), and when I came back, I had a hard time getting another date... It took me an aditional five months, to be precise. She was very afraid and unsure about things; but in time she decided to give us a chance... And now, about 15 months since we first met, she's my girlfriend and we couldn't be more in love with each other :) . So don't quit because of a bump on the road or two! Sometimes (most times, even), the best stuff in life is the hardest to get.

Well, we're working on a plan for the weekend. I don't know why we didn't go with a weekend plan to begin with. Seems a lot less stressful, and more relaxed.

That's just creepy!

BTW, I'm still trying to get in touch with her. I called her about 30 minutes ago, and left a message. I might try her later tonight.

Not so sure about that. She probably got the message you left half an hour before that one. No need to send another voicemail.

ghall as someone else said, slow down. Take it easy. Try not to rush things. I know that is easy to say but hard to do.

She definitely knows you are interested in her.

.....okay, now in slow down mode.

I did some stuff to day to try and take my mind of her, like setting up a wireless network at home, etc. So far it's been working alright.

I just realized that it was probably a good thing I didn't go out with her today, since I was tired, and probably would have been very boring to be around. :D
Hopefully she will get to know that side of you very well. :)

(Meaning that you two end up in a good relationship and get to know each other.)

Well, hopefully she'll get to know the fun part of me more.

....um, please don't take that wrong.

Dude, I want to thank you for entertaining me for the past half hour. I've been sitting here reading this to catch up sitting here getting all excited when dates and things were set and getting disappointed when dates and things fall through. Or people get sick. I will definetly be following this closely from here on out, behind in importance of class work and actual work, and before checking my email. ((ie. college work > work > ghall's love life > email > facebook > my own love life)) :D

Please keep us updated!
