Yay! Got my black one in today along with a Yoobao Screen Protector as well 
Screen protector is actually very nice quality! Applied with no issues what so ever, another flawless install in my book. No rainbow effect. Crystal clear.
No issues with my Black Yoobao Case in regards to the sleep/wake feature, works as advertised. Build quality is fantastic (As usual with Yoobao) and it looks sharp with my white iPad 2.
Time to review it!

Just got my brown Yoobao.
I am experiencing the sleep/wake issue when completely open. I turned off the feature and am totally happy.
The case smells pretty strong out of the box. I'm letting it air with a window open for a few hours.

My guess is that some of the magnets are stronger in some cases then others. that could explain why some people have the sleep/wake 'bug' and some don't.
My case is sitting on my front porch... after hearing some of the early reviews I'm excited to try it out (and trash that crappy Smart Cover).

Hands down the best case available for my iPad 2. I love the original official ipad case from apple and this is superior.
I think the smell is strong because the box is enclosed in plastic. I've had my red case for 2 days now, and no more smells. (I tactfully call it "new car" odor.)
I could not be more satisfied, just love it. Hubby is considering tossing his targus 360 case in favor of this one - it cost twice the price of the Yoobao, is made of "fake" leather, AND weighs a ton.

Thanks to this forum. I too just bought a Yoobao in black. Both the Yoobao and the iPad 2 should arrive at the same time!
My original plan was to use the black leather 'Smart Cover' and 'Ghost Armor' but the Yoobao may work out better.
Can anybody tell me if I 'Ghost Armor' the iPad 2 will it still fit into the Yoobao.

Hm... I'm really struggling with the decision whether I should buy one or whether I should wait... I planned on waiting for the iPad 2 Version of the Stilgut Scarsela Case to come out since it's the leather case of the highest quality I found so far ( http://ii.alatest.com/product/600x4...nac-H-lle-Case-Etui-aus-echtem-Leder-Et-0.jpg ).
Still, the Yoobao is very tempting... but I'm really not sure about the quality. For once, I love the smell of leather and secondly, I'm definitely looking for a long term solution and don't want the case to wear out pretty soon... :-/
The most striking problem for me is that, living in Germany, I can get the Yoobao only from eBay - which claims that it's shipping from Hong Kong. If I buy it and I don't like it, it's almost a certainty that I won't get my money back. Alas the case isn't in the german Amazon-store.
The Scarsela on the other hand is made in Germany... waiting for the save choice or just going for it, I really can't decide... :-(

Can someone who has the case weigh it both alone and with the iPad2 in it? Thanks. Looking for grams or pounds and ounces.
Mine also arrived much earlier than expected and while it has a strong chemical smell right out of the box, the leather is softer than I was expecting.
I do have the issue where if I force it wide open and squeeze the lid against the back it will lock. But if I fold it over and let I it sit naturally it does not happen.
Another bonus is that the case and iPad fit into the STM sleeve that I bought with ease. I wanted additional padding when I put it in my backpack and the STM provides that.
I think I'm going to take some leather cleaner to it to hopefully reduce the odor and maybe even apply a light coat of conditioner on the exterior to also mask the smell.
For $40 delivered I'm pleased.
