Yoobao leather iPad case (OP updated with all revisions)

:), just ordered the v3 ( from Kevikevdotcom ) and a PS antiglare. I'm pumped, can't wait. The apple case with ultrasheild is killing me lol.

Kinda wishing I went with the slim tho :confused:.
Oooo, or maybe the Power support haha. This is going to be a expensive toy.
Hmmm, the Chinao.....

I currently have Dodocase, but I think I would rather have that Yoobao Slim.

Any chance of kevikevdotcom getting some in stock?
 
They keep banning him here. I wish they would reconsider and let him back in. I like his products, and enjoyed his posts, even the ones that were a little "off-the-wall". :)
 
Ordered a Slim tonight, will probably get it in a week or two as I am on the east coast.

There are forum rules so.. He said he will get some real leather slim cases on Monday.

Does anyone know if there is a UK suplier for these cases, probably the V4 ones, or how long is delivery to the uk from USA?
I've been through every page of this thread and I know you can get them from mac4u but they only seem to have v3 models.

Is the slimmer v4 the best model?

The V4 (MagicCase) is AWESOME. I ended up ordering a second one from kevikevdotcom.

I prefer the Yoobao because I like the unique way you can position it upright using grooves in the case.

I got a yoobao slim case on ebay.

I personally prefer the Yoobao Slim genuine leather case or you can call it v5.

Super slim and made by genuine leather...

That is much better than the PU cases like yoobao magic case or chinao case

Has anyone got pics of the case directly from the front? It looks like the clips that hold the iPad in "Stick out" just a little and I would like to see if thats the case.

Just ordered mine from eBay in Canada... Hope it doesn't discolor on my zagg as the apple one did...

the ipad is fixed by four plastic corner.

Yeah I've just ordered V4 from ebay, does anyone know how long postage takes to the UK for these?

Also, has anyone got this version with zagg or any other protective sticker? Just wondered if it still slots on ok...

Just got my Yoobao Magic Case from Kevikevdottcom today. This case is awesome! Looks and fits great. The iPad fits tightly inside the case clips, and there's no way it's coming out by accident. The case material is very nice, even though it's not real leather. All the different viewing positions are great. I was concerned about the top cover not folding all the way under for reading, but it does. Although it doesn't fold completely flat, I think it may after some break-in. This is the best case I've tried.
 
I have the Yoobao Magic Case. Nothing covers the bezel. Best case, IMHO.

I completely agree with you on all points, mrgossett. I have the Chinao and the Yoobao Magic Case, as well as the Cyber Acoustics case, and the Yoobao Magic is the BEST by far, IMHO.

Is this case the "slim" version? Are you in the UK as i have just ordered from him and wonder how long it takes.

I'm in the U.S. (TN), and I got my case from Kevikev very quickly. I believe the Yoobao "Slim" case is a different case from the "Magic" case. I don't think the slim case has the different landscape viewing positions, and it has a leather clasp thing to fasten the cover, which I don't like because it's always hanging out when it's open. When I ordered my Magic case, he only had 4 left, and I think they may be gone by now.
