You can still save 4.0 SHSH blobs for a limited time

if i did this on my iphone 4, with the cydia option and i have the file on my computer am i good to go? i just did the "save shsh" about an hour ago.
 
I'm running on 3.1.2/3Gs and just saved 4.0 SHSH with tinyumbrelle on cydia "successfully", but when I tried getting it from Apple, I got the message Apple is not signing 4.0 anymore. So that means I'm good anyway, because cydia saved the 4.0 SHSH?

I did this last night about 23:30 BST. I was able to get SHSH files from Cydia and Apple. I'm using an iPhone 4 iOS 4. Can someone confirm, should the ECID a 13 digits?

Just want to post and say that saving 4.0 SHSH blobs still, apparently, works. I upgraded my 3.1.3 iPhone 3GS to 4.0 (not 4.0.1) earlier today and that worked great, no problems.

Just ran TinyUmbrella on it, got this:

what do you mean "not Apple" - Apple creates the blobs and TinyUmbrella/Cydia help you save them on Saurik's server.

There is currently a bug in the TSS status notification code that prevents 4.0 SHSHs from showing up. If you got your SHSH from Cydia, it's saved. Be aware that Saurik is not sure that his copies of 4.0 SHSHs will work; you should be sure to keep your local copies safe.

Thank you. I wasn't sure if the bug was still present or not. Appreciate the info.
 
I just did this for my 3GS using TinyUmbrella and it worked pointed to Cydia. Doesn't show up on Cydia's home page though.

How do you save it local? I don't see that option in TinyUmbrella.
