When your buddies say look at those DD's and you think dual density!

When you get excited about tweaking your dock!

and last but not least...when you can read a post on this thread and say...oh crap- they're writing about me!:D

When you are out with your buddy riding on the subway/train and you are both looking at the same very nice looking lady.

Afterwards you mention that you liked the smart phone that she was using and your buddy mentioned how hot she was and you don't have a clue.

Yep, it happened to me last last week in Tokyo. :)

I want an undo button for life.

i was looking for my keys and thought how good would it be if we had real life Spotlight.

+1

...you have a separate twitter account just to twit about mac stuff...

i want to do this as it would be fun and Apple and Mac stuff has a bit of an audience as we all know. but dont know what to call it… "Aussie Mac dude?"

When you're writing an essay and waiting for red, squiggly lines to appear under words you think you've misspelled haha.. i use it so often now when Im writing I swear sometimes I feel like its gonna pop up, then reality hits =[
I was taking a 5 hour exam, and during the 3 essays I was waiting for something to tell me how to spell necessary haha

I'm having the exact same problem. I suck at spelling and feel insecure without a spellchecker. Also, writing in Japanese without a computer is a nightmare. I always use my cell phone to look up complicated characters when I'm away from my laptop, only to get tripped up by homonyms and similar looking characters.

Well, which smartphone was it?

When you get excited that your dad got you a USB hub that you tipped him off for before he left.

When your ex-girlfriend still calls you for computer problems

When you try to convert your dad to Macs and he calls you a geek for trying and listing the positives

When people ask you what you're doing on your computer and then say "Nevermind... I won't understand".

The first thing you do in the morning is get out of bed and check MacRumors for any new posts.

When you ask a parent to get you something techy for your birthday and they just say "Come with me, I don't know what you're talking about" or when you have to teach your parents' IT guy stuff about computers...

or you check for new posts before you even think of getting out of bed...

lol nice one.

-

When you have arguments in your head whether or not you should change your icons or not, that could mean your crazy though..

When your prom is a Friday night on your computer.

When you enjoy going in the "office supplies/computer software/hardware and accessories" section in stores.

edit- When you name your "Macintosh HD" Jarvis, and try to be like Tony Stark in any way shape or form. (Been there done that)

anjinhamarota- *gives you hard time about crappy picture* "I have one of those too!"

I drive a car with an Apple sticker on it
I think Apple products are the most sexiest things I have ever seen
I am glad when my old router bit the dust, and even happier that the new one allows me to surf the net faster
My Mac is off limits for anyone to touch
I check my iPod Touch for e mail, and new posts from MacRumors befor I get out of bed
I read MacRumors before I go to sleep
I never throw away, or sell old iPods
I buy fun accessories for my computers and iPods
I carry my iPod everywhere, unless I travel far, then I take the MacBook, and the iPod with me
I want more computers for the sake of having more computers.
I have two old PC's gathering dust in storage, I do plan on fixing them, just not ambitious enough I guess
I take my iPod Touch into the bathroom for ultimate restroom reading, (I promise there won't be any "iPod in the Toilet" threads from me)
My iPod Touch can do anything...well almost, I love it!

I am such a geek :eek::eek:

You know you're a geek when you wake up from a night of partying, and discover that not only did you format your hard drive, but that you installed Gentoo Linux.

Totally Agreed.

My Mac is off limits for anyone to touch

So is mine, if anyone touches it specially the screen i immediately go and clean it.

I read MacRumors before I go to sleep

Yes i do too

I love that the new smell when buying a new apple product. I bought a new keyboard for my MBP yesterday and my office this morning smelt new

When you're painting in art class and you make a brushstroke you don't like, your hand twitches to hit command+z (it's happened to me a couple of times) :D

You know you're a geek when you pray to God to give you your source code so you can make changes to yourself.

Then God replies:"Sorry, you weren't born with an open source license agreement".
