Whatever you do do not comb over. Its against the law in many countries now. And remember no matter how good it looks to you in the morning, the first bit of a draft and the illusion is gone!
Well sure, but really it does not matter. It's not even something I think about. It's just not an issue. Be secure in who you are, and you'll be fine presenting yourself to others.
Implying that wanting to have hair = insecurity.
It might not be something you think about, or don't' consider important, but to others (myself included) it is very important.
Why? Why in the world is it so important to you?
Why is anything important to anybody?
and always remember: hair is nothing but a useful, natural grown hat
And about the transplant:
Why is anything important to anybody?
I'm definitely looking into Micro-Scalp pigmentation, I have a few friends who've had it done, and it looks 100% natural, real, authentic, people can't even tell.
It sucks that I got stuck with the bad genes![]()
Learn to live with it. Consider Patrick Stewart, bald since he was 19: In an interview with Michael Parkinson, he expressed gratitude for Gene Roddenberry's riposte to a reporter who said, "Surely they would have cured baldness by the 24th century," to which Roddenberry replied, "In the 24th century, they wouldn't care."
Be who you are - I have no hair, I'm still me, I do what I do, I am who I am. I used to have long hair, down to my waist, but it all started falling out, so I cut it off, and ultimately shaved the remaining bits off, double-zero. Glad I don't have to spend time worrying about - much better things to do with my limited time.
OP, I looked up the procedure you are considering. Do you really think that getting pigment/tatoo that looks like hair is going to give you the results you want? It seems that's pretty drastic and would be very difficult to reverse if you decide later that you don't like it.
Why not just shave it all off and be done with it.

Plus it just looks unnatural. Who wants permanent stuble.I think the tattoo solution is a poor idea -- if you're up close it's pretty obvious that it's a tattoo. Furthermore, changing it is going to be a charm... what are you going to do when you're 80? Still have that "full shaven head" of black hair with your white eyebrows, nosehair, and earhair? Never mind the deformation from wrinkling, skin sagging, and age spots.
Don't take prescription pills for your hair loss i've heard tons of awful side effects
