The "blotches" on the HD go away, but it takes a few days. Have faith. My iPad was horrible at first but after maybe 4-5 days they were completely gone. The regular one is always ok at first but does get that orange peel look eventually. Then again I have a case also on mine in addition to my zagg.

Thanks! I feel a little better now. Crossing my fingers so ZAGG doesn't have to replace it *again*. This experience will determine my thoughts in the company.

Patience. I tried not to use it much while it was drying also. Now I go "eww" when I look at my phone that has a 1 year old regular one on it. Love the HD version so much more.

I know you're telling me to be patient, but it's so damn hard! Lol as long as it turns out okay in the end, I'm fine. Here are some images: did yours look like this?

That's the best I could get.

How long have you been waiting for the shield to cure? Who installed the shield? You or Best Buy, a kiosk, etc?

I would take a credit card or something like that and work the bubbles to the sides...

I installed on my iPhones and BB installed my iPad. Working the bubbles to the side is a MUST. Micro-bubbles will work their way out...larger ones need to be worked to the sides to let the air out.

I installed it myself, and at this point, it's too late to work out the bubble. (There's only one small one, the rest look like little pits). I tried to use the squeegee that it came with but it's too dry at this point.

Also, the weird ripples seen in the first photo have no texture. They're only visible.
