Ordered the first day. Original ship by was 8/23 with delivery by 8/26

Hi simplymusik3,

No mine is still "Not Yet Shipped", I am really hoping it will ship shortly.:) Checking my status way too often.

I hope yours follows quickly.
 
Some other notes:
  • The 1 TB drive is a WD Caviar Black
  • The 5870 has the physical CrossFire connector
  • Contains a custom build of 10.6.4; it did not prompt me to install the Snow Leopard graphics update when running software update
 
No shots of the delivery man lugging the box out of the van? I can remember back to the G5 first deliveries - people went mad for that sort of stuff.

Seriously though. Well done howinson!
 
Holy hell, that's a big heatsink. Does it cover the chipset too? (also, where is the chipset heatsink on 2009 DP models?)
