oh... ok.

I have used my ipad lying down flat on a table a lot, but I guess I just haven't experienced that problem

Looking forward to being able to use iBooks again. After my iPad beta 2 expired last week I couldn't bring myself to go back to 3.2.2. Now I won't have to.

I only use the orientation lock on my iPad when I am laying on my side reading in bed.

Seems likely, especially considering 10.6.5 is now removed from the iOS developer site, and iOS printing requires it.

If find Airplay quite lacking.

Sure streaming to an AppleTV is nice but where is the ability to stream Video/Audio TO the iPad.

I know there are apps like Zumocast and DLNA clients for video, but built in support for at least LAN based iTunes Home Sharing seems like an obvious feature for a content device.

Too many people downloading. Mine was at 2.3 MB/s and now is 288 KB/s

Some of it, maybe, but not all. Zinio was still horribly broken on iOS 4.2 beta 2. I haven't tried the GM yet...
