Then something with yer G5 is wrong. Even my slowest leopard machine, the 1.25 eMac, handles it with no problems

I too like the look of the theme. A lot! But it's definitely incomplete without an uninstaller.
When I kneel at the side of the bed, it's now a regular prayer, "Please give SSTom the strength to complete his Leopard Rebirth - Ultimate Sierra theme. Or.....I'll share my worshipping with my voodoo doll - and the pins!"

I haven't tried it yet, but I'm assuming if you install the Leopard 10.5.8 Update again over the Machine, the theme will dissappear

It's a good thought, but it will only replace resources that are relevant to the 10.5.8 update and not likely to visually change much more than a few app icons.

Hang tight. I'm prototyping a tool for the job.

@SourceSunTom, can you send me a link to download Leopard Rebirth 1.0? I have v1.1 and 1.2 file lists for the restoration process, just need the original release.

    Thanks.

Hello, I was having problems with the Leo rebirth dock, so I kind of fixed it.
    http://www.filedropper.com/resources2
what I did was set the dock to 2D,add a White Botton 1 png deleted Botton 2 3 4 png's so that the dock will be white and added some icons from OS X Sierra
There's a bug at the right when moving, part of the Leopard original dock appears
Maybe leorebirth dock should be a little bigger to compensate that

Ever heard of being patient? He has said time and time again that he is very busy and won’t be making an uninstaller any time soon. Just because once a day you whine and say “make me an uninstaller” won’t make him go any faster, nor will anyone want to help you. Despite what the fake news says, whining will not get you what you want. So if you want it to be uninstalled, do it yourself, or do a fresh install of Mac OS X 10.5.8 Leopard.

Again people, back up your system files before installing the theme! Even if an uninstaller comes out, you definitely do NOT want to run any risks when it comes to these crucial files. Back up, back up, back up!

Accually, I don't whine about it every day. I have only commented twice, and last time was Thursday.

    No need to be rude..

Use this opportunity to do a fresh reinstall - you've probably learnt over the past few weeks what you do and don't need installed, what apps work for you and what you prefer to use - a clean install gets rid of the clutter and you know your system will be running at it's optimum.

I got my Power Mac G5 from a surplus warehouse, so it did not come with any re-install disks.

I did not want to risk the harsh environment of ebay shipping PLUS, shipping something like a PMG5
    would be 50 dollars

Try it with Unarchiver (http://www.powerpcsoftware.com/) sometimes that fixes it, if not try a diffeent download.

Try repairing your permissions, repair disk, restart, reset PRAM, etc.

    Also, try a different download.

None of those except for maybe restarting are going to help with unarchiving the file. I’d recommend either redownloading or using the Unarchiver to open it. The Unarchiver usually won’t have an issue opening anything you toss at it. I’ve been using for years on all my Macs that can run it.

Better yet... Take a complete system image before application of any system level tweak!
