1-3 days delivery group

Just woke up at 6 am EST, refreshed, still preparing for shipment. Refreshed 30 minutes later, SHIPPED =D.
No notification on my iphone through the app. and I received an email from apple 15 minutes ago. I just woke up, so I'm using this as my excuse, but where does it say delivery estimate on the apple email? Can't find it for the life of me...
No UPS delivery date either.
UPS 59 leaves hong kong to anchorage in 46 minutes. Doubt there are phones on that flight though.

UPS 81 from shanghai to anchorage flys out in 2 hours. Seems possible that our phones could be there.

You may be right on 81. My phone left ZhengZhou at 4:48...in past years it took exactly 2 hours to get to Hong Kong so in theory it could have made 59 depending on how efficient they are at loading and whether the factory is pre-sorting.

So, its true. Everyones shipping speed was the same... expedited shipping or not.

Even Apple said it was the same at this point. The difference is whether it goes on an express truck for local delivery. In the past, some phones were not able to be delivered the first day on the regular truck. So at most it gains you one day.

if thats the case, then maybe 59 has some iPhones. My tracking says 2:26 ZhengZhou, and then it says in transit. That gives about 6 hours to get to hong kong. could happen.
Just went to see if there was a flight from ZhengZhou to Hong Kong, and nothing shows up.

Just got my shipping information, etc. this morning. Still hoping it arrives by tomorrow but I'm sure it'll be the 25th now. Gonna have to call Apple about that $10 "expedited" fee.

Looks like east coast is Tuesday and west cost is getting it Wednesday. Someone can correct me on that, but that is what I was picking up on.

I'm on the east coast and my 16gb AT&T silver is coming wednesday the 25th.

Seems like most of the phones that have shipped have been Subsidized phones. (on/with a contract).

Hopefully they're working on the T-mobile/unlocked 5s' today!

I am seeing so many of you guys with later confirmations that are getting shipped, but yet mine is still stuck preparing. :-( I checked with my credit card company and they say the charge was approved and pending.

I ordered 2 32GB Space Grey 5S on Friday at 3:02 am EST and got the 1-3 day shipping estimate arriving Sept 30-Oct 2nd. However, I got the shipping notice yesterday with Sept 26th from Apple. The Fed Ex tracking is saying tomorrow Sept 24th! I am in the Boston area.

That really depends how safe your delivery location is. It will be left at your door, first floor of your building, or whatever. If it gets stolen at that point you are SOL.

UPS is correct, Apple's estimate is overridden by UPS's in almost ALL cases.

You have got to be kidding me. They are getting your phone to you what appears to be three to five full days EARLIER than the original delivery estimate, and you're going to harass some employee for being treated like a "second class citizen" because some people might get their shipment before you? Seriously? Truly, the entitlement displayed by many people here is sickening.

It's a phone. It's not a kidney for your dying child. If they were getting it to you late, I'd see a phone call in order, but they're shipping MILLIONS of phones...do you really think someone should be employed when they're shipping a batch of 32GB spaced gray phones and have someone say, "nope...can't ship that...order 435,554 completed checkout 2.8 seconds earlier than this one...we gave to go get the palette of 64GB gold ones.

If they did that, none of us would be getting our phones until late next week. This is a massive logistical operation. It makes far more sense to ship in batches.

If the super in my building is home, it is usually left with her. Otherwise they leave it in front of my door but on the inside which is normally safe. I live in a very nice part of Manhattan so not too concerned about security.

Also, UPS just updated my tracking, departed ZhengZhou at 7:10pm their time, around an hour ago. With delivery for wednesday.
Might take the day off on wednesday if I can. I've had packages stolen since UPS usually delivers right around the time kids are getting off from school. And I don't live in a bad area either.
