Or they could look at their own Macs :)
It’s perhaps not widely known that Apple Support is primarily home-based. So long as the employee has a space to set up a dedicated professionally isolated work bench, and a sufficient internet connection, Apple supplies a dedicated iMac, and everything is handled over VOIP / VPN.

So they may well be experiencing this on their work machines.

Hmm. Well since the betas are open to anyone, maybe you can just sign up for that to be able to submit bugs via FB assistant.
I did that and I was able to submit 3 different bugs: locations, notifications and Photos
Thanks for the suggestion !
I hope it will be more effective then the usual feedback that is just a rant for us.....

Anyone else file bugs with Feedback Assistant? Please post your FBxxxxxxxx numbers here so we can add them to our reports as related. The correlation will help prioritize this bug
Ventura Macos 13.5 – Location privacy broken FB12799758
BTW I read that nobody has submitted anything yet in Recent similar report. 😟

There are many reports in, both as feedback and as AppleCare Enterprise issues.

One of the feedback was about Photos that blurs RAW photos if I use its tool
In the feedback they got my full photo library 😡 in the photos diagnostic
I already sent a screenshot as requested, NOT the full album
What shall I do? I requested them to delete it, they don't have the right

This is off-topic for this thread but your full photo library is not sent to Apple when you file a feedback.

Called Apple support. As usual, I was chatting with someone in under 2 minutes. They are completely aware of the bug and are working hard to push out an update. One quote...

This is definitely something the big brains up in engineering are hard at work on. Just your case escalated and attached to the bigger issues so can't thank you enough for doing the right thing and reaching out about this.

One thing I can tell you since ventura update is Apple should remove Developper and public betas program entirely and just send beta on select users. There's a couple of update since macOS 13 having major issues but no ones tell us until the public release so whats the point testing betas then ? Nowadays betas are only good for Youtubers so they can make more and more videos talking the tiny changes but never say nothing about the real issues and warn users from updating.

I'm kind of surprised that this website hasn't done a front-page article on this issue.

I do check System Settings, looking for updates in the Software Update section. All mine says is "Your mac is up to date and horribly broken".

Likewise - hope they focus on stability and quality going forward. Ton of bugs last 2-3 years.
