Yeeeeeeeeeeessssssss !!!!!! :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Thats even the deliciously fast retail i7-2720QM not the slowed down i7-2630QM other manufacturers were using.

AND

a 6750m with 1GB DDR5. That baby kicks out over 9000 3D Marks (06). Compared to 5000 for the 9600GT and 6000 for the 330M.

If this is true I am one very, very happy bunny.

well. i felt abit shallow being put off by the lack of case design change of the more recent leaks... BUT i had for a while now discounted the possibility of what i really really wanted in the update.

Are you people judging the gpu after how many mb is has at its disposal, or did you do actual research? If not, it's kinda like saying the new processors are weaker as they have a lower clock speed...

It's more Pro the same way that a quad-core is more Pro than dual-core: More suitable for multitasking.

Pro apps like Pro Tools, Logic and Video editing software are all multicore, it's not just for multitasking

Somewhat dissapointing specs... Bt good enough I guess, since Apple always delivers good stuff. But I am going with the SSD option, I wanna build a high end 15"

F5ing the Apple online store with the power of thousand suns at the moment!

No but seriously, how long does this stuff usually take?

Notebookcheck is rating the 330m about 24 positions higher than the ATI 6490m.

THIS IS EXCITING! except we basically already know whats coming ;)

if anybody needs some hints or help, feel free to drop by our official MacRumors IRC channel *check my sig for deets*

Yes, the stores get a world wide update! So we will see the new MBP even today. Hope the high end versions have SSD + decent GPU!

If this is for real, then I may buy this revision instead of waiting around.

*crosses fingers for factory 2nd hdd*

*also shills the irc channel below*

I just want to say that my entire wishlist has come true, with the exception of Liquidmetal and built-in 3G. I think I'll live though. 3G won't even be necessary anymore with the new personal hotspot feature coming in iOS 4.3

17" here I come!

Yeah - I know. And professional image editing is done better on a hi-res matte screen than a lo-res glossy screen.

My point is that when you market something as Pro, you deliver it as such.

Then in the 15' we'll have the i7-2630QM processor which does not support Intel VT-d and AES-NI, right?

actually, it should be 4G-LTE, but i've given up on apple putting it within MBPs, which their 3g inclusion in the iPhone and iPad.

4g-LTE accessibility would be brilliant!

i seem to be on the uk apple store although according to the link its down. ill keep an eye out for changes
