The GENIUS feature is way overrated. It will be useless 99% of the time and I bet you it doesn't really work that well. And will it be able to handle music not downloaded from iTunes? Doubt it.

and I want the iPod nano in stores NOW!!!

It stands to reason Apple will continue to refine it with future updates.

No material on the planet can possibly scratch more than what's on the old iPod Touch. Heck, an iPod Touch made of ice would be an improvement over that microscopic layer of chrome that scratches when you look at it funny.

Well it doesn't exactly encourage people to find new music... it encourages everyone to find the same music. As if Elvis fans are likely to have completely missed Little Richard and Tommy Steele.
 
do people really care what video games they can play on their phone?? their gonna be sucky for anything thats not a primary gaming system...
