Yup

we officially suck

it's gonna be a long year....:(

Cheer Up! At least the BC Lions of the CFL are in 1st place. :D

Gotta admit it's strange to find a 'Steelers Fan' 120 Miles north of 'Hawk Town'.

I'm not a Bears fan, but I gotta say that they do look like the team to beat this year (so far).

Darn right they are. They amazing me each and every week. My only worry is that they might end up like Indy and burning themselves out before the playoffs.

Hey Steelers fans, look on the bright side, the Ravens lost as well.

WOOHOO!! Denver's Defense looked solid. Loved the Champ interception (can't believe he threw it to him) and Tatum dragging Ray Lewis for 5 yards to get a first down, which eventually led to the touchdown.

GO BRONCOS!!!

Steeler fans: keep your chin up. Least you aint the Raiders!!!! LOL

Close, though. Everything I hear about the Steelers is how they're going to recover. I just don't see it happening. Don't expect to repeat, Pittsburgh.

Hold on there ya KingYaba I wouldn't doin' too many LOL's if I were you since you claim to be from the 'Republic Of Texas'.

What don't we'all chat about them there great *winners* down yonder your way... like the Houston Texans & The Dallas Cowboys. :p :p :p :D

yea...I don't :(

Hartings just got pushed around by San Diego's nose tackle...jeez the whole offensive line just got manhandled. I can't remember when I've seen a Steelers team get beaten physically like that. It was awful.

for all the talk, I don't think it's going to get better. The receivers this year just aren't doing anything. That one interception, the deep ball thrown to Holmes  he didn't even try to make a play for the ball. I thought that's what he was known for in college, making the athletic catch in traffic

I'd say the Steelers are probably a year or two (and some good draft picks) away from really being a contender again. I hope I'm wrong...

Dallas...leave it to Bledsoe to throw the game-winning interception. I've got a ton of respect for the guy, but pete's sake, it's almost like he's the second coming of Vinny Testaverde. Big, slow, & prone to the clutch mistake.

All I can say is THANK DOG he's not a Patriot anymore!

Quick Observations:

Steelers may still have some life, but it has to start this week against KC.

The Bears are playing SICK right now. Matt Leinart is going to be welcomed to the NFL this week.

Raiders have to be the worst team.

Donovan McNabb is the best player so far this season.

Saints are the surprise team from my perspective - so far.

What a wild set of early games... a few surprises and some cracking finishes...

So glad the Rams lost... I really don't like them... since they're such jammy gits at times...

For sure

And Me too

Steelers....Finally,

Now I don't know what to think.

Was the Burgh that good, or the Chefs that bad..

But damn, what an ass whippin.

We stuffed LJ hard, and we stuffed LT last week, so our D is looking solid and consistant.

Ben woke up, he was something like 17/19 with 2 TD, so hopefully he silenced a few critics.

And Troy P must have tough hair, cuz LJ almost scalped him...
HERE WE GO

:D :D

Panthers Rock
Started 0-2 now 4-2. Some win ugly stuff and some fabulous Steve Smith stuff. Can't believe I'm going to say this, but Keyshawn hasn't been the nightmare (yet) I thought he'd be, still plenty of time of him to f things up though. Been glad to have him when SS was out, and good to have him now with SS!
I guess I can live with a 14-2 season!:p

ihateyouihateyouihateyou. At least I will if the Grossman/Berrian combo have a good game.

Speaking of which, what's the deal with that? LJ was flagged on that play, and perhaps he didn't let go of the hair soon enough, but if TP's hair is hanging that far out of his helmet, isn't it fair game?

:D I ain't counting any chickens in this wild week... Leinart against the Chicago D could mean a few TD returns which would make it all pointless

Was cursing this morning when I saw Bell scored the TD last night...

In another league last night I was playing another guy who had a very similar team to you... but I had Reggie Brown who I could have sworn I'd played... but then discovered I hadn't. If I lose in that league, I'll be cursing since he had 21 more points than the guy I thought I'd benched for him

I thought the hair was fair game but it was the continued pulling out of bounds that made it a penalty?

Yeah, i believe it was because he continued pulling on the hair even after TP was down. It was a bit overboard.

I'm just glad that the Chefs lost. Hopefully the broncos D continues the amazing streak of only allowing one TD in the last 5 games. I think Shanahan is holding back his plays until he faces a real team. The offense yesterday looked so vanilla. Probably knew that he didn't need much to beat the Faiders.
