Chelsea v Juventus = no one to root for in this one. can they both lose?
Villarreal v Panathinaikos
Sporting Lisbon v Bayern Munich
Atletico Madrid v Porto
Lyon v Barcelona
Real Madrid v Liverpool
Arsenal v Roma
Inter Milan v Manchester United

bold = who i am for not who i think will win.... ;)

I wanted Real Madrid. I've been desperate to play them for years. To see us play at the Bernabeu is going to be great.

Come on redmen.

Woohoo! I think Barça got the easiest draw. :) Still not easy but 'easiest'.

Real v Liverpool should be a great game as should Inter v Man U.

Remember though the transfer window is open before these games are played so comings and goings can affect teams quite a bit.

BTW: How insanely steep is the Bernabeu?

You might want to spend 5 minutes on Merseyside during the derby. You'll soon understand.

You might want to spend 5 minutes in Glasgow on an Old Firm day! Like Merseyside only drawn along "religious" lines (and I use the term loosly.)

Not for much longer apparently -

Groundshare isn't going to work unless they have dual retractable pitches or something - single pitch would not survive the English winter with two clubs both with busy schedules (well one of them at least :p)

Fair point actually, Motherwell and the ill fated Gretna ground-shared last year and it caused all sorts of problems with Fir Park out of action for about a month.

And, and being a member of MacRumors for over 2 years, that is my #500th post! I'm off to bag me an avata! :D

Yep, and injured players to come back. Both Torres and Skrtel will be back for Liverpool and a host of Real players.

Yeah, nuts. Have you ever been to the Nou Camp? It's amazing from the inside.

I have :D

Can you imagine Celtic and Rangers sharing a ground? Not ficken likely.

I cant see all 4 English teams going through tbh.

Arsenal will go through and maybe Chelski....Man U & The scousers though.....meh :p

Ha! Arsenal.... keep dreaming mate.... it's clearly going to be Man U, Chelsea and possibly Liverpool......

Give over you lot. Barça will win it easy. :D

Played 15 games in the league scored 46 goals and only let in 9. Best attack and defense in Europe.

Not to mention Champions league form of scoring 18 goals so far this season. Lyon have are the second highest scorers and have scored 14. Barça and Lyon will now go head to head.

It's in the bag!
:p

SkyBet: 100/30 favourites!

An exciting draw for the big four. I'm especially looking forward to the Liverpool-Real Madrid match. Mourinho is probably savoring his draw as well.

The Barca-Lyon draw pits arguably the best team against one of the weakest, which is a little bit of a disappointment. But there are enough good draws to keep us riveted...

yeahhhhhh riiiiiight we are champions of europe and the premier league :p bet he's really looking forward to us trouncing them! :D (i know its fashionable for you lower teams to hate man-u)

We scored three, your lot went quiet, Fergie got cross and the World Player of the Year was reduced to using his skilful feet to hoof the ball upfoeld in a panicked fashion.

I remember it quite clearly. :)

i think i got selective amnesia from that! :)

County up to 5th place thanks to a Davies hat-trick :) :)

If previous seasons are anything to go by we're not even breaking into our stride yet too :) :)

Oh dear WBA 2 - 1 Man City. They are now properly in the relegation zone. Shame.

Liverpool - Mascherano = losing against Arsenal.

If they were to go down, it would be interesting to see how they fare with all their cash. Having owners with huge pots of cash is no guarantee of success in the Championship, as QPR have amusingly found out.

In other news, Gary McAllister won't be allowed to continue the sterling work he's done in moving Leeds United away from the League One play-off places – he's been sacked following his (now former) side's 3-1 defeat against MK Dons yesterday.

Some interesting results yesterday, i kind of feel sad.... no wait, glee at City loosing and being 3rd from bottom!

And Liverpool - Arsenal drawing.... awww such a shame :D

But knowing united we will go and throw this golden opportunity away! :( we have 2 games in hand (to Liverpool / Arsenal) that's a potential 6 points that would put us a point behind Liverpool

Away at stoke - we should win
Home to Middlesbrough - a hard match but we should win too.

of course Liverpool are home to Bolton which they will walk
Arsenal away to Villa ---- hmmmmm
