Yes, and TCU was Oklahoma's lowest scoring game. Crappy Mountain West teams.
While you are technically correct, I should add that TCU was tied for Oklahoma's lowest scoring game - with Texas.

Please let me know if anyone is interested, and if a few of us are, I will create a MacRumors group for us.
^^ how many simulations did it take to get that outcome? lol
a 1000??
BTW... I am thinking maybe a playoff really IS the way to go!

Suck it SLC. Go Jackets!
All I've learned from these sims is that my Jackets can kick Texas's ass a whole lot more than the percentage shows. Seems a little skewed
What's the matter RamblinWreck?
Can't seem to get a simulation that actually shows those Bugs winning it all?
Yeah, not even in the fantasy world does that happen![]()
I like how every single Utah win on my simulation ended up being an upset. How often do you think a team can have 4 upsets in a row?
I'm in... just let us know what we need to do

Still a playoff like this would be a lot of fun to watch, don't you think! It would also settle once and for all, which conferences/teams really are dominant in college football since they'd all actually be playing each other.
SLC
I just created the group, so I hope many of you will join.
Note: you can also use the term "MacRumors" to search for the group in the list.

Actually, it would settle nothing
Just as the simulations suggest... on any given day, one team can beat another, but that does not mean they are the "better" team. That is why they call it an upset. Yes, it would be fun to watch, but it would not be the "end all, be all" that playoff proponents suggest it would be.

thank God!
Bradford won heisman!!!
i never hear any disagreement of the champion in ncaa bball as a result of the tourney even though there are teams that are arguably better that have one bad night
I completely disagree. The whole point of contention in the current BCS situation is teams that want a chance to play for the national title. Sometimes, more than two teams have a legitimate claim to that chance.

I couldn't agree more. I don't know what it is, but man I cannot stand "that Gater" guy....![]()
Force a conference championship and those winners would then be competing for the title in the playoff system.
One from ACC, Big 12, Big East, Big 10, etc giving us 11 conference champions with either 1, 3, 5 to round us all off.
