So I just watched the video on Youtube…
What is the fuss about?
Judging by this I presume it makes most of the Reeperbahn a neo-nazi hell hole. :D ;)

Love the way they all have a cup of tea afterwards. :D

Just to confirm ('cause I can't be bothered to look for this and don't really want to see it anyway) - does a video of this really exist? The allegations aren't just tabloid bull****?

It isn't illegal to have an S&M fetish, but if he is injecting anti-semetic stuff into the "fun" then he's obviously in big trouble. He has enough enemies in the FIA that they'll be glad to use this to get rid of him.

Pressure is increasing against Max. Four of the six F1 constructors have spoken out against him, Bahrain un-invited him from the GP, Jackie Stewart and others are denouncing him, and now ADAC (one of the largest motorsports clubs) has also spoken out against him. Only Bernie continues to be supportive, but that is starting to wane and should disappear once Bernie realizes he stands alone.

I think Max calling the council meeting will backfire on him. I think that meeting may not happen because he will be out before then, or if it does it will result in a vote of no confidence and to choose Max's successor.

so who is going to watch qualifying?
if anyone feels nice please please tape it or something and send it to me please.
its at 4 in the morning and as much as a die hard fan as i am, its to late:(

The race for you will be at 4.30. I think Australia was that time for me and I stayed up to watch it and R.Youden would up to watch it.

A quick way to find out what time the race will be for you is to visit www.f1.com and on the right they have a clock which you can convert to your local time.

The timing for those in the UK is perfectly sensible so there will be a fair few watching both the quali and the race from here.

I think his car will let him down - he seems good enough to win races if he was driving a Ferrari or McLaren...though we could say that about a lot of drivers, couldn't we. ;)

Maybe not tomorrow but I think he will win in his BMW this year, their reliability is a strength. And, as xUKHCx points out, it's his competitiveness against his team mate that shows his class, a rule that depresses me as a Coulthard fan.

True, the teammate battles are one of the few relatively level playing fields in F1 - though, as we saw with McLaren last year, car setup can still make a big difference between two closely-matched drivers.

damm bmw is actually doing something this year.
f*#& im going to have to fire up the old heat pipe to watch this one.

:(
there has to be something i can do to "tape" it
can i watch it on my computer and have it record it or something
:(
who wants to give me 50 bucks to get the pipe fired up again:D

haha been using it since the beginning of the season

i just never trust these web sites unless its the channel on which i am watching it, and the speed website is horrendous to find things on

So who thinks Kubica will convert this into a podium finish?

I'm more interested to see if Robert can juke Massa into flying off the track within the first two laps. And dang didn't Massa look grumpy in the interview room.

And the look on Mario's face was something I want to see more of in F1 - genuine happiness! It wasn't the smug Flavio/Ron Dennis kind of look.

I look forward to seeing what BMW can accomplish tomorrow. Podium I hope, but if Massa can pass him and stay on the track, I think he's good for the win.

Well that has screwed Hamilton's race. Slow start and then an incident with Alonso.

Seemed quite suspect.
