Well since there isn't a real championship at this level of college football, I guess we'll have to enjoy all the fake games (including the BCS "National Championship" Game).

You clowns were tolerable (even almost likable) when you were getting your tails kicked by Auburn every year. Did you learn nothing from your time in the dumpster?

We learned to be very humble..... :p

Boise's got all the swagger early. If this was a basketball game, Patterson would be calling timeout right now.

This is a big stage, and I think we're seeing a lot of jitters. The QBs need to settle down.

TCU's had the deer-in-the-headlights look all game. Any score before halftime would be huge for them.

Huge!

I'm less than impressed with the officiating in this game. The pass interference call on the wrong team is the worst.

That aside, I had higher hopes for TCU. Boise has surprised me so far. We'll see how the second half goes.

And there's the Chris Peterson magic. Ballsy call on the fake punt, but perfect timing since TCU's defense had taken over the game.

Hat's off.

This game perfectly demonstrates the point that you don't necessarily deserve a national title appearance if you're undefeated.

You just fell into the BCS trap. That's exactly what "they" want you to think.

Both defenses played exceptionally well and shut down two very good offenses. Hard to say how either would do against Texas or Alabama, but just because it was a low-scoring, defensive struggle doesn't mean these aren't good teams.

Great point. Especially considering that coming into the night, TCU had the #1 total defense and Boise St. was #14. To me, they each just played into their strengths.
