Maybe Kiprusoff forgot that he wasn't playing for the Flames in this game.... :(

Too bad for the Finns..... but they can still win the bronze.

I'm looking forward to tonight's game....
 
Damn it, we won the 3rd period at least...

Good thing is that you win the gold and the bronze, so ill take the bronze rather than silver! ;) Well i hope...

Good luck to Canada, i like USA too, but if i have to choose...

Thanks, we could do better though, well men at least. This was the last big game for many of those older players, they cant handle the youngins. And yeah, id go with Canada, its the motherland of hockey, they deserve it this time, and being so hot too... but lets not go there now... :D

Congrats on bronze, nava!!! Your team did well! Coming back from 3:1 takes some guts.
 
WOHOOO bronze for Finland!!!! Couldn't believe it after the semi-fiasko :):):)

BTW, Finland has got the most medals in olympic ice-hockey since -88 :cool:

My kids got a game today at 3p:cool:.So I'll be at the rink watching him play(Flyers Cup baby:D). Should I watch him or the game?:rolleyes:

Thanks, i know right, i almost cried when Slovaks made few goals in the 2nd, but Jokinen definitely saved us.

Watch him play, record the game and maintain media silence. I'm not going to be watching the game live either- I've got some cool plans that I'd much rather go to. My plan is to PVR the game and watch it when I get home later in the afternoon. No internet, radio, or live TV until after the game for me.....

My son plays varsity high school ice hockey here in Philly. The Flyers Cup is a tournament for the best team in the state (Penna.) His first game is today.

Hopefully it will be a good day all around:):cool:

Go Township... (his school)
Go Team USA...
