Absolutely amazing... after the kind of season they had, who would have thought they'd be four wins away from being Stanley Cup Champions?


That's why I love the NHL Playoffs..... anything can happen.....
 
I wish more folks here in the States were seeing this. Even if you don't like the Flyers, what a story. The Blackhawks have been monsters. The Flyers have just worked so hard.

LOVIN' IT!!!



I just hope they haven't burnt out...

They definitely don't look like they are burnt out. Maybe they are just running on pure adrenaline now. Let's hope they can fulfill their destiny.

This will be a great year for Philly sports. Flyers will take the Stanley Cup and the phillies will be the world champs again.

Chicago's too strong; no way phili can take them out. Series will be 4-2 at most; I'm predicting Chicago taking it 4-1.

I don't think so... ;) The Flyers have more heart and guts then the Blackhawks will every have.:cool:

People also said the same thing about Montreal, but they went and beat the Pens and the Caps.

Point taken; I just think Chicago is very strong at the moment - too strong for Phili to handle. No one can handle Byfuglien.
 
i just have to say how amazed i am at Duncan Keith losing 7 teeth and getting right back in there, asap. amazing.

chicago teams have a way of messing up, so its anyone's game. but here's hoping that the Hawks play their best.

I just listened to an interview with Pronger..... He was asked how he plans on moving Byfuglin from the front of the net.... He said why bother? It's better to have only one guy in front of the net instead of two. They just need to worry about blocking passing lanes and shots.

Anyone else think it's weird to see Stevie Y in front of a logo that isn't a red wheel with a wing?

I think he just made Tampa Bay one of the top places to play in the league.... look for big signings there this summer.... it will be players that wouldn't have even thought about playing in TB one day ago.

It is strange. All I know is that now the Flyers have *another* strong team to worry about. They'd been stacking the team with players like Stamkos. Now, as you've said, they're going to be able to attract a better quality of player.

It will be interesting, although I'd still rather see Toronto or Montreal get better before Tampa or the Florida Panthers. Or the Thrashers. Or the Predators. Or the Hurricanes. Seeing a trend here? ;)

Is the trend that you have something against animals and weather patterns?:p


The Panthers will get good rather quickly now that Dale Tallon has taken over as GM. The Black Hawks are his team.... he put them together only to be demoted/fired before the season started. And now, they're in the Finals. Ridiculous.
