Agree. I saw the B's / Islanders last night and it was actually a good game. I haven't checked out the icetime / player yet but the regs were all out there for the B's and it was far from an easy win. The Campbell/Paille/Thornton line was the standout last night.

It has to be hard to get 'up' for a game like this when they are already in the playoffs and the Islanders are firmly, well, not. Hopefully that will change in the playoffs.

Should know the playoff schedules by Monday I think (or late Sunday night?). I have B's tix but cannot make the first 2 games so will be selling.

Word on the street is that game #1 will be a week from tonight (Thursday) at the Garden. I'd love to go, but if it ends up against Montreal I feel like it's going to cost way too much money. I could get 2 tix to round 2 and 2 tix to round 3 for the price of 2 habs tix.

Yeah, I'm hanging on to mine until I find out who they are playing. I'm in sec 14 (lower than row 10) and they are pretty good seats -- though I'm not out to make a killing, just a fair price. From some research that I did it looks like anywhere between 180 and 250 a ticket for lower loge. There are some as high as 400-500 for seats worse than mine but I doubt they will sell.

If you check the Garden calendar there are already events booked on 4/13 and 4/15. And, based on the 2010 playoff schedule it should be every 2 days for the first 5 total games. So, likely 4/14,16,18,20,22,etc. with the home games being 14,16,22

It's looking like the Flyers are getting the Bolts in the first round
Can't wait, bring it on...;)

I hope the 'Canes beat the Lightning today.....

...oh, and it would be nice if the Leafs beat the Habs in our final game of the season.

Can you say, ATLANTIC DIVISION CHAMPS!?

To be honest with you a didn't watch the whole Flyers game:rolleyes:

They don't gotta, but I would much much much much much prefer if they did. I'd like to not have a heart attack at 23.

gotta

If they don't at least get a point in today's game (which isn't looking good right now), and the Stars win, the Blackhawks are out of the playoffs.

Chicago is holding onto the eighth spot in the Western Conference with 97 points, one back Los Angeles and two behind a trio of teams. The Blackhawks need just one point in this matchup to secure a playoff spot and they will move all the way up to the fifth spot with a regulation or overtime victory.

However, should the Blackhawks lose in regulation and the ninth-place Stars beat the Wild later on Sunday night, Chicago would fall out of the playoff picture due to Dallas having won the season series. The 'Hawks would still clinch a spot with a loss if Dallas beats Minnesota in a shootout as they would have one more non-shootout victory.

Exactly, they can still get in if they lose. They would just have a team heart attack until about 9pm tonight when the Stars game is over. They MUST win.

I personally want them to win in regulation, but I think I prefer a first round matchup against Vancouver over Anaheim. In order to do that we would need to lose in OT/SO.

Why couldn't they have won one more game back in November?

Stars are beating the wild right now...2-1...end of the first period...
