Props to Snyder
I thought it was a gimmick bringing him back

They may be one of the strangest undefeated teams in a while. Check out this story on how they got to this point.

Some interesting points: They have been outgained in total yards and yards per play in four straight games (all wins). They have had one TD of more than 20 yards all season. Of course, they have scored 25/27 times inside the 20, including 18 TDs.

Weird stats. So, KSU: all done with smoke and mirrors, or legit top 10 team? I suspect OU and OSU will bring them back to reality, but still a good team and they will have a good season, especially compared to where they have been.

I can't believe how big of a deal the media is making of this Stanford vs. Washington game. Everyone's calling it Stanford's "first real test." Seriously? If Washington is a "real test" for the Cardinal, then they don't belong in the top 10.

Syracuse pounds West Virginia 49-23. I guess the ACC got it right, after all...

But...but...Washington is ranked!

OU sucks!

and yet...

WTH TTU is currently up by a touch down on OU. Something is wrong here. I was figuring it would be OU slaughtering TTU. Not that I am expecting TTU to win the game. I figure they will blow it well before the game is over.

End of the first half TTU 24 - OU 7.

Come on TTU keep this up and force this HUGE and I mean HUGE upset.

What an incredible ending in the Michigan St-Wisconsin game. I think that's the first time I've ever seen a game end when instant replay overruled a non-TD call by changing it (correctly) to a TD.

Still want to fire Tuberville?

That was incredible! But, I'm with ya Ignatius, that was definitely the right call.

Great ending!

And, come on Texas Tech!!

I will if TTU blows the game. If they win I will go to on the fence.

If TTU wins it raises a lot of questions.
1. A&M and KS are under rated.
2. OU was over rated big time and question is by how much which effects A&M and KS ranking
3. Means UT is going to be over rated currently as well.

This OU-Tech game is proving that, once again, Bob Stoops/Brent Venables defenses inexplicably can't stop the deep, down the sideline pass. Gives me hope that A&M might be able to win in Norman in two weeks.

definitely NOT indisputable evidence imo

Sure it was. The ball--any part of the ball--only has to cross the plane for it to be a TD. The bouncy view clearly showed the ball crossing the plane.

More Tech-OU

1. Bad play call on the 4th down. Why would you run a draw from the shotgun on 4th & 1? Tech's lineman are fat, pass blocking types anyway...
2. That interception actually hit the ground, but I guess the ball can touch the ground now as long as you are in control of it (like in the NFL)?

GO RED RAIDERS

Well talk about a massive upsets.

TTU an unranked team beats a rank 3.
OU home winning streak of 39 games was broken.
Oh and to add insult to injury it was OU home coming.

OU SUCKS

I would really hate to be OU field go kicker. He missed two give me field goals that either one would of really help keep them in the game.

My brief thoughts on the OU game:

1. We played like ****.
2. Texas Tech played nearly perfect.
3. Horrific officiating.
4. Our backup FG kicker (who was kicking the entire game, BTW) should be cut.

Oh well. Now we get to be the fun spoilers for KSU and OSU.

And we don't have to lose in the NC game to Alabama.

You guys did play like ****, but Tech was far from perfect. A bunch of boneheaded plays/play calls by them let OU back into the game and made your crappy kicker a factor. The reality is that Tech wasn't great, they were just better than OU in every facet of the game.

OU is pretty much the same as the rest of the top teams in the Big 12 this year: great O, bad D.

All that being said, there's still a chance that the Sooners could run the table and end up in the BCS Champnship Game. With Wisconsin going down and Stanford playing in a weak Pac-12, and with multiple opportunities for quality wins the rest of the way (K-State, A&M, Okie State), plus a good win (at the time) on the road versus Florida State, the computers will show OU a lot of love.

And then LSU (not Alabama) will beat you by 30.

One other thing: Landy Jones is nowhere near the best QB in the Big 12. He's barely in the top 5.

Who did? Impressive wins for them.

And another fine roaching by Tech!

Well to be fair on biggest challenge so far this year was FSU which I think we can all agree at this point FSU was badly over rated. Let's see how OU does against A&M and OSU.
Providing OSU beats both of them then we can call the it rouching.

It was a great game to watch if you are a tech fan.
