Any predictions to a pole and winner to the Canadian GP?

Hopefully someone else to win and open up the season a bit.

I'm going for Vettel for pole and Button for the win. Red Bull's qualifying advantange appears to be a combination of a very good DRS and their semi-illegal exhaust blown diffuser. However I believe the Mclarens have similar race pace and the Mercedes engine is slightly more powerful, and Button has been the best at managing his tyres this season. Without the safety car and red flag I thunk he would've won at Monaco.

Vettel it is - although Button may struggle - hopefully their race pace will bring him a result.

But it's wet! Two best rain drivers in the Mclaren, IMHO. Well, Schumi unfortunately would normally be included, but who knows.

EDIT: Oh dear it's like South Korea again - Mclaren going out with intermediates, and Red Bull on wets (translation: we want a safety car to start the race). Expect more coded messages over the radios.

EDIT 2: Just realised - no DRS today I guess this means.

Safety car it is with full wet tyres. No crashes (in theory) on the start.

Absolute rubbish this is. I've been watching F1 for 20 years now, and this rule to start on safety cars is one of the stupidest. 20 laps with Korea, and now it looks like we'll start under a safety car when the track looks only mildly wet.

Lewis - out

considering that 10 laps in he yet again caused two situations 'under investigation' by the stewards, and had 3 'could have been a spin out' situations i suspect that he will be also out for the next race

he was already close to a 1 race ban after monaco

and meanwhile mark webber get's the dirty end of the stick and has race from the back of the field yet again

edit: looks like button is under investigation for speeding while the saftey car was deployed

Would have like to have seen a dry start to see what Alonso would have for Vettel.

So just how many laps do they have to do under the safety car to call this a race?

Looks like just one more lucky break for Vettel, a parade behind the safety car.

Let the flames begin;)

Good to see some more racing. I wonder if someone will duck into the pits to go for intermediates just before the safety car pits.

Lets hope the safety car parks up for a little while and the race continues.

Good to go now. Mercedes have been clever and split their strategies - I'm a little surprised Webber didn't.

EDIT: I'm giving up on predictions btw. I predict JB for the win and he has 5 stops and 2 collisions with probably 2 stewards inquiries.

Its not over till the fat lady sings - but time is running out - But Button over takes

Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!

JB wins!!!!!!!

That has to rate as one of the best drives ever -

I think Jenson was last at one point and had 5 pit stops and a drive through penalty

I think he was 17th at one point and had 5 pit stops and a drive through penalty

it can also end as the most depressing one: don't forget those 'after the race' stewards investigations called out during the race:

2 about hamilton (1 involving button)
1 about button

if he gets a 20 second penalty he could end as 4th on the score sheet

A stunning drive, and somehow my prediction came right. If it's changeable conditions, you want JB in the car.

It was your prediction - you were 100% right.

I just hope the stewards don't take the result away from such an amazing drive.
