**** guys. Just got my 13'' i5 256. I have both the LG Display and the Toshiba SSD. I don't care about the Display, it looks perfectly fine. But the thing with the SSD is nagging on my mind. I keep saying that the difference is not noticeable, but it's always in the back of my mind...I think I'll contact Apple tomorrow...

Can't decide whether I should take my MBA 11 i5 4gb w/ Toshiba 128gb SSD + LG Display back to Apple and try to get an exchange or not..

Stopped by the Apple store today after I got off work... and just couldn't help myself...

2011- 13''/i5/128 MBA

Yep, she's a keeper

Just finished tweaking, patching, unpacking bookmarks, and settling in.

Base 13" 2011 Samsung SSD and LG screen. Read a lot about how the LG screen is inferior to Samsung screen but.... i really like my LG screen everything looks great on it.:D

MBA i5 13'', Samsung SSD and LG panel. I love the quality of this screen, great colors, crisp image and good viewing angles surprisngly. I did the full patern test and was able to see the full range of colors. This is a great machine!

Display = LP133WP1-TJA3 (LG)
SSD = APPLE SSD SM256C (Samsung)

There’s nothing wrong with this screen.

I don't know if this is good.

Bought my first Mac today from the Covent Garden store in London... 11" Macbook Air with 4GB RAM and 128GB SSD. Looks like I drew the short straw with the SSD.

Panel: LTH116AT01A04
SSD: TS128C

Shame, as the two display models I tried both had the Samsung drives.

13" Base
Samsung SSD and Screen.

I'm super happy!

Updated my results onto the form.

I bought the 13" MacBook Air i7 model and the SSD was Toshiba and LCD was Samsung, but the Air was defective so I got it exchanged for a new model and now I have both Samsung SSD and LCD.
