I have just had a 'shipped' email from the big A

It's on its way and due for arrival on or before the 15th June (the original ship date)

WOOHOO .... now to start up JuneCloud to stalk it's progress

I am a happy person today

Interestingly it would appear that my AppleCare & Battery Charger are the only things I can actually track. There is no option for tracking my actual iMac.

Also, this puts the bosh on claiming the Back to School Promo - but hey! I'm just been greedy and, to be fair, am NOT complaining

Yeah, Yorr ... certainly looks like we can expect them early. They must be shipping directly from China given the time between 'ship' & 'deliver' ...

I simply don't care ... just glad to get the news so i can start planning the projects that have been on hold

I haven't received any email as of yet, but logging into my order status page it now reads 'shipped' (sendt, which is Norwegian for the same).

Delivery date still reads June 29th, though.

UPDATE: Apple email received, timestamped as of two hours ago )
And yes, i ordered May 3rd. Delivery date on, or before, June 22nd- much in line with original estimate

Same here, shipped today, estimated arrival date June 17th, which is the originally estimated arrival date, before the whole "3-4 days delay" frenzy started.

It's a good day

We now have to patiently wait to get the carrier details.

Not wishing to count my chickens but I suspect we may all see iMacs arriving a little earlier than suggested? What do you think?or am I being optimistic

Damn, I have been watching the thread and also my order. I too ordered only a few hours after the release of the iMac's. But nothing has changed, since day one it has stayed as the 16th for shipment and 21st which is the delivery date.

I so hope that it will be here earlier. Located in Sydney, Australia

I wish i could actually track it. I remember my first iMac I tracked all the way from China on Google maps.

Now there are cool tracking apps to stalk my package but I can't use them

Ah ... that explains it ... mine isn't going via TNT and the one they are using for UK doesn't have a tracking option (for Apple shipments)

SC Order Number

Question for you all - I made my order from the business unit at the local Aple store and now have an order number like this:

SCXXXXXXXXX

(I *think* that SC part is relevant.)

When I click on the order status link in my "Order Acknowledgment" email, I get an error:

We could not locate an order with the information you have entered below, please try again.

I called a while back and was told the order was on track and still processing, but I'd love to follow along with my own online order status page.

Any tips?

I am guessing a flight is only overnight.

Could you keep posting any updates on your tracking as UK peeps can't get that info from Syncreon or whatever they're called.

Lots to talk about! Some iMacs are shipping, tell them you can't access your order online and as a business you have to.
