Daniel Ricciardo has been confirmed as Mark Webber's replacement at Red Bull for next year. It was the most logical choice. He will clearly be a number two driver. No more need for any explicit drivers orders
Kimi seems to have three options available for him: Stay at Lotus, move to Ferrari, or be out of F1. My hunch is that if he stays in F1 it will be at Lotus. Even if Massa is out I don't see Ferrari taking on the disruption that can be Raikkonen.
I still think there is a surprise or two to come. Maybe at McLaren? I know the car is a Turkey, but even as a brit I'm getting sick of JB moaning.
