did u read the article from the link i posted...?

Yes. That article could be the first early indication of Kimi signing with Ferrari or it could just be a guess. All the comments were about how they misspelled Kimi's name :D

Seems like it's going to happen though.

I hope it's not the end for Massa. I think if he went to a team where he was supported as an equal driver he'd thrive. I wish he's switch seats with Kimi but I fear he will be out of F1 next year if he leaves Ferrari. Why languish at the likes of Force India, Sauber, or Caterham?

I don't think Sauber has an opening since Sergey Sirotkin is expected to be driving for them next year as a condition for the Russian investment and they're not going to give up the Telmex cash Esteban Gutiérrez brings.

Lotus is a possibility, but I expect Nico Hülkenberg will try for that seat, as well, rather than become the reserve / test driver for Sauber when Sirotkin is promoted from that position into his seat.

There is also the Torro Rosso seat being vacated by Daniel Ricciardo. There are no Red Bull Junior Team drivers in GP2 at the moment, though they could conceivably promote Carlos Sainz, Jr. or Daniil Kvyat from GP3. Dietrich Mateschitz is said to be considering cutting Jean-Éric Vergne loose from Torro Rosso to have a fresh set of drivers ready for promotion into Infiniti Red Bull Racing should Ricciardo not pan out or when Vettel eventually goes to Ferrari (as I expect he will want to in order to finish his career).

Kimi to Ferrari. Two great drivers together. I hope they can come right up to the edge of conflict and make Ferrari better and each other faster. I'm looking forward to next year. Actually, can't wait to get this year over. Geeesh, save everyone some money and just give the trophy to finger boy. All the teams go home and have extra time to get next years car ready.

Finger boy must be so happy. His bigest rival now has competition in his own camp, whilst he has a junior driver to be his number two!
I would much preferred Kimi to go to Red Bull.
What about Massa? How about back to Sauber?

Well, here I am, eating crow...thinking Kimi would never end up back at the scuderia. But, there he is...making up the superteam. Now if Ferrari can put cars in those boys hands, they will be unstoppable, and finger boy will have temper tantrums.

I don't believe there is an opening at Sauber. They have Esteban Gutierrez and if Sergey Sirotkin can get a super license he will probably be in the car for sponsorship reasons.

I'm hoping Lotus would value Massa.

One positive about having two world champions at Ferrari is that they clearly are serious at taking the fight to Red Bull. Both Raikkonen and Alonso are relentless drivers who know the next two years are there final chance. I can't wait for them to go after finger boy with a vengeance next year.

Yes I believe Red Bull will have it much closer on the constructors championship. However lets imagine Alonso & Kimi match each other in terms of points for the first few races. At what point will the team put there weight behind their top man? How many times has Massa pulled over, taken a grid penalty or not had the latest upgrade? Teams always have a number one driver.

Best sumed up by Mark Weber at Silverstone a few years ago.
Not bad for a number 2 driver!

You are right. It's going to be hard having two number one drivers, especially one like Alonso who always has demanded number one status. It should make for a dramatic year.

I'm just hoping they both finish in front of Vettel and can battle for the WDC until the end of the year :D

Not gonna happen, but that would be nice. Lets hope Red Bull build a lemon.

Another week, another country. Really can't see this going anywhere other than finger boy though. Hope I'm wrong, but this track suits RBR and I can't see the others getting close.

Agreed. At this point let finger boy clinch as soon as possible. I'd really like to see Mark Webber win a race or two before leaving F1 and that won't happen until Vettel is officially crowned.

Vettel destroyed everyone this morning. Aside from any mechanical errors, it's gonna be a Red Bull victory leading from start to finish. At least the scenery is really pretty to provide some entertainment value tomorrow.

You guys in the US would love it over here, we have a dedicated F1 channel from Sky Sports. Nothing but F1 on that channel and full race without any commercial breaks!

PS. I hate Vettel.

I'm not sure I really want to watch tomorrow. Just to clarify the way it is stacking up for finger boy tomorrow.
1.Pole Position on a track notorious for overtaking
2.Has more tyres to choose from than everyone else as he was out of the car watching the end of qualifying and used just the hards in Q1.
3.The track suits RBR.
4.Those around him on the grid are unlikely to put up much of a challenge at the start.
Think I'll go out if it's nice....

Maybe they'll put diesel in his tank. Just saying. Well, I did plan on washing my car and there's always mowing the lawn and my wife wants me to move furniture. Yup, lots of stuff that's bound to be more interesting than watching finger boy. Can't we just get on with next year!

Come on Webber, do the decent thing and just park up in the Pit lane just before he needs new tyres for 10 seconds! Pretend you have stalled it or need to pee!

i'm not seeing any tv listings for qualifying here in the states...

NBC bit off more than they can chew.

They did show Qualifying live on NBCSN Extra (the computer streaming service). It's essentially the raw World Feed (so no commentary, just Team Radio).

As for the race, total snooze fest up front, but at least there was some action in the back.
