I think they were referring to the Red Bull teams who are currently both running Renault engines. I think it's safe to assume that Lotus will have the Renault engine if the buyout goes ahead as expected.

Don't expect to see any sign their cars on the TV coverage again this season after Ecclestone allegedly froze out Mercedes from the coverage of the last race because they had upset him by not offering to supply engines to Red Bull.
Well the entire structure is not only unfair, it's absurd. The economy of sport has changed but F1 hasn't. The rules and regulations need to be rewritten to allow for more fair competition and compensation. It's odd how only one team has a chance of winning yet they still call it a sport.
Would be nice to see teams like Force India, Williams, or Sauber make strides in the offseason and be able to compete for wins in 2016.
