i'd also like the new f1 site to be a little easier to navigate...

I don't eve ngo there anymore. BBC Sports, BleacherReport's F1 section, and GrandPrix247.com give me all the headlines I need.

Take that, Ecclestone! :p

With a race weekend last weekend and the one before it seems a bit quite this weekend.
Hopefully the teams are all working on upgrades to make it an even closer pack. Especially Williams and McLaren. Hope they are able to find some extra pace. Williams so they can battle the leaders, and McLaren so they can get in the points.

These three weeks between Grands Prix are way too long...

Wouldn't it be great if Jenson and Fernando both brought home points in the next couple races? Fresh options or not, being able to pass the two lap leaders last weekend was good to see. It would be cool to see a race where Maldonado didn't bumper cars his way through pack, and to have Manor get even a 1" square sponsorship.

Given the last outing, I think Jenson would just settle for a finish.

But yes it would be great to see them both in Q2 and points.

Another vote for the BBC sports app.

I'm sure it's way better than the NBC Sports app. The feed from the NBC Sports app is terrible. It goes from HD to blurry, to really blurry. Except the ads, those are always sharp.

And those ads. Tons of ads. More than on the television channel and so repetitive. If I hear the music from the Microsoft Surface ad again I'm going to puke

I think if Ecclestone would lighten up on licensing the broadcast rights, like it used to be, every team would see more sponsorships.

Apparently, as a result of a "glare problem", McLaren Honda has new livery.

looks really good in these pictures, but its going to be just another 'black' car during the race, with invisible numbers to boost. not a fan.

I agree, actually. Dark cars are super hard to read in the night races...

Looks awesome in the bright pictures, but we'll have to see how it goes once the lights go out.

I think up at the front might be a bit optimistic for 2015. Maybe in the middle might be more realistic for this year.

Wellllllll, perhaps but I can still dream. Wouldn't it be great if they actually pulled something out of hat and jumped up front. That would make things exciting. Ok, just dreaming but I'd like to see Alonso up front and making the other guys work. Cheers

i think the best case scenario is that they get possibly to redbull level this year, i don't see them catching williams or ferrari, much less mercedes

With a driver like Alonso, I feel like McLaren has a chance. The McLaren faithful are quick to blame Honda for their issues, but I have no doubt in my mind they are just a year behind. Honda is a plenty capable engine manufacturer.

Given their performance last year (with the best engine), I'm not overly sure the chase is all that good either. Hopefully the upgrades they have done over the last three weeks will give them some gains.

In action, today.

I think you're right. I still feel like when Honda gets the engine running on "all" cylinders, McLaren may still not be front of the pack for some time.
