Just today they shipped my dongles via UPS though. I'm from Germany
I tried the UPS method and found the shipping information about my dongles (which have been delivered) but no MacBook Pro yet.
Well I don't think it's too far fetched to assume that Apple wanted these to ship ASAP and compared to the non-Touch Bar, were delayed.
(Also based in various bits of evidence it appears these were supposed to ship at WWDC time but that's a separate debate.)
My card got charged as well this morning (I am buying the machine via a business account).
I am in San Francisco, any ideas on how much time it will take for the delivery, once the card is charged (usually the card should only be charged once the item is send out for delivery, no?).
My 2012 rMBP's screen just died, so I am in big need for a new machine!
Your card did not get charged, it was just a provision... to make sure you have enough fundings in your account.
That's all, it is gonna disappear soon.
Could Apple be waiting to install 10.12.2 on these things? I sure hope not!!

No. we are only on the second beta. It won't be released til mid-December at the earliest.

There's a wait for all of them ordered from the Apple store... the TB is relatively longer. My BTO non-TB took a week.
3-4 weeker here, joining the suffering. Got my dongles ready, dbrand skin preordered, new Booq bag ordered.... come to papa already!
Also, I bought gift cards to pay for my MBP because I want the damn money out of my account already, can't watch my charges like all of you... and don't want to anyway because it's torture.

3-4 weeks here. I think the charge will be hitted by next Monday. 2-3 camp will get their Mac by next week. We will watch reviews to endure the torture.

This. If you ordered online or got a BTO there was a little wait. If you wanted a stock config, best buy and the apple stores had them in stock right away.
Where do you find this? Is this under the action items on the order status page? Mine only says ship to different address.
Still no charge, ordered 12:47 PDT. I'm in the 2-3 week group, nov 15-22nd (2-3 day upgrade from rep). 15 2.7ghz/16GB/2TB/460.
Cancelled my initial order (13" TB, 3.1GHz i5, 16GB ram, 1TB SSD) placed shortly after the announcement, because I was concerned about the ability to drive a 5k display w/o sluggishness). Will order a 15" (2.7GHz i7, 1TB SSD, 460 GPU) instead. Unfortunately, this means having to wait over a month.
Maybe not the correct thread but which dongles did you bought? 3-4 weeker here as well (from Europe)
Yeah it is a lot of money but when the computer arrives you will forget all about it! (the money you spent, or the gift cards)
