Just a feeling. With my past orders with Apple, I have always received the devices a week earlier than their dates. I am trying to be as positive about it as I can but with every day passing, that feeling becomes stronger.

Man, I hope you are right and that is the case. So fed up of using windows for the last one month since returning my 2015 rMBP in October.

DHL Express is super quick in Europe so I wouldn't worry about it. Even if they ship it on Nov 15, you should get it on Nov 16.

I can't handle Windows , waiting for my new 15" MBP TB before I'm selling my 2015 rMBP.

So Apple charged my card in two pieces, one over $2k and the other for about $200. When added together it's still $20 less than what was quoted to me when I initially ordered.

...should I be concerned and call Apple?

If you are concerned, then yes....call Apple...?

$200 could be Apple Care.

Possibly a refund applied from your expedited shipping. If you were charged for expedited shipping, they'll refund your money, because there is no such thing as expedited for preorders.

DId you order Dongles? If so, they will have adjusted the charge downwards due to the lower cost
 
For the people who said avoid checking this thread,
there is a famous saying from where I come that says: "dying with people is way easier than dying alone"

So I am dying with you guys, MBP 13" Stock , Delivery Date Dec 6 - Dec 12.

How many here would have ordered the 13", would have bought the 15" if they offered it with the Iris Pro 580? I know I would have. Yes the dGPU is more powerful, but would have liked to have this iGPU run when the dGPU wasn't needed (or had they just offered an iGPU only model). I hope I don't miss the screen estate too much.
 
Another morning and no charge....Canadian BTO, 15" 2.9, 1TB, 460, confirmation email at 11:42PDT on the 27th.....sigh.......

My delivery date is not till Nov 24-30...the earliest Canadian window for BTO was Nov 21-30. I live in the far north next to AK so my dates are usually a little later than the rest of Canada. I still expect to be on the first shipment out of China based on my order time but time will tell..
 
With my laptop estimated to ship in December, if I cancel and just order the base rMBP, what is the chances that I will be regretting my decision once the touch bar ones are out T_T.

Want laptop... Now! :D

How long will you own this new laptop? Is getting something a month sooner that you didn't want as much and having it for years; better than waiting another month?
