2016 Macbook Pro, Order/Shipping Thread

Too bad BB doesnt have any 13" with 16GB of RAM or id be all over that. Oh well, Dec 13-19 it is!
I just went through this exact dilemma... Ordered the $1,999 version with 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD but then canceled 5 minutes later realizing I was not willing to compromise on the RAM at all. Sticking with my original Apple order and waiting it out.
Yeah I originally cancelled a Nov 17-25 order for the 16GB version. After owning a mac I had to upgrade the Ram on years later. Im not taking a chance.
I also canceled my original Nov 17-25 order and now have Dec 6-12. Apple pre-orders always kinda drive me a little crazy... Most people would think I'm insane the way I obsess about my orders but I can tell I'm in good company here haha.
So apparently, if you ordered on the 27th (28th in Aus), you are supposed to have been billed and shipment will begin? I ordered before 8am on the 28th (local Aus time, approx 4 hours after the event) yet my card has not been debited yet!The store still says in Processing with a delivery date of 16th to 23rd...
Don't fret, I ordered mine 29min after the event and have yet to be billed. I'm confident it will still arrive on time!
Wouldn't be surprised if they put it up a couple weeks before it's even available in store.
'Is it possible that tomorrow is the release date of the macbook? It is exactly 2 weeks from the announcement date.
I'm also in Australia but have a delivery window of 15/11/2016 - 22/11/2016 (13-inch 2.9GHz, 16GB memory, 1TB SSD) and my credit card was debited on 7 November. The order page still says Processing Items. I'm guessing it will ship from China tomorrow.
Any chance we can see our macbooks this weekend?

I'm in Tokyo, ordered base 15" right after the event, Nov. 17-24 delivery window. I was charged the day I ordered it (could it be because it's a debit card?). Anyway, it still says "Processing Items". Thanks for sharing info about your order, I was starting to think that mine was stuck.

We need to see some Preparing to Ship and Shipping tomorrow at the latest to have even a very slim chance. They need to get to one of the central warehouses in Europe first, then I would add two days to get to UK/Denmark on top of that.
I'm starting to think that I wont get it at 16th (I have a 16th-23th bracket).
If they are actually on their way to a central warehouse today, maybe. Some was suggesting that we wont see a Shipping status before they leave the central warehouse, so you can always hope.
I have got the same bracket as well. Nobody in Europe has been charged yet and nobody worldwide has got PFS right now. So slim chances of getting the macbooks before or on 16th.
You are lucky - my projected delivery is 16-21 December- but hey! At least it will arrive on Very Very Merry Christmas though
Just had a word with a customer rep. My delivery date is 16th-23rd Nov. As per him, my order will be shipped on or before 14th. Fingers crossed.
