Played with the new MBP (no touch) at the Apple Store today while exchanging some items. They had 4 or 5 of them. They were pretty snappy and I like the keyboard. The giant trackpad will take some getting used to. The Space Grey looks great.
Any chance Apple let's me edit my order to increase the storage from 256 to 512?

Unfortunately, no. Chatted with a representative that said that orders cannot be changed once placed - you should have to cancel and re-order.
Not without cancelling and reordering.
I honestly don't want to use any dongles. I'm not going to buy them. I will get new USB-C cables, but I won't use adapters. This picture makes me want to cry:

The image shows a 12" MacBook with one USB-C port.I'm not sure why they're not powering through a different usb-C port. And yeah, buy a usb-C cable. only dongle I'd need is the splitter on the phone for my workspace, if I bought a 7, which I won't be doing.
I also think 512 is minimum for future proofing.
Damn I called Apple and they told me that they requested the change but its's been 48 hours no change till now, I called again they said your account shows that the request has been put :3That's exactly what I did. I originally had a Nov17-25 delivered date. Now its from Dec 6th to 13 lol
I didn't change the order, I cancelled and put in a new one. So basically I ****ed myselfDamn I called Apple and they told me that they requested the change but its's been 48 hours no change till now, I called again they said your account shows that the request has been put :3
So glad I ordered 10 minutes after the keynote (my biggest debate was getting a space grey or not)
Most of my stuff is either on a portable drive that I always have with my so I thought I'd treat myself to the 2.9ghz cpu.
Delivery:17 Nov - 24 Nov
- 15"
- Space Grey
- 2.9GHz Quad-core Intel Core i7
- 16GB 2133MHz LPDDR3 SDRAM
- Radeon Pro 460 with 4GB VRAM

Apple sucks in terms of customer service, I know they have good chat service but they should not lie, I am upgrading my order not going low at least if they want me to cancel and reorder, they should tell me instead of saying again and again that the request has been put.I didn't change the order, I cancelled and put in a new one. So basically I ****ed myself![]()

I wonder how many are going to cancel their orders and wait for the update in 2017
I'm not![]()
