It's sounds like a lot of units are being shipped early. I just ordered yesterday and I really need it fast, so I'm really hoping this is true. I'll be checking stores also as I ordered the high end 15 anyway and they do get them in stores just not showing stock anywhere but the stores. How I bought my 2013.

Window is Nov 28th - Dec 5th.

So two weeks sooner it seems. Good for you

We in Europe are getting our Macs sooooooo late. :(

I had a Nov 23-30 delivery window and 3-4 weeks shipping time.

Sounds exciting! :D

I hope I get mine soon. This will be the greatest computer I've ever owned, of that I'm sure.

Depending on where you came from, it probably is. I upgraded from a 2010 MacBook (White unibody). This has been a huge upgrade for me. From a benchmark perspective, if you own a 2015 MBP with dGPU, you may not find a massive jump in performance.

It has been close to 24 hours with this machine (15 inch quad core 2.9 Ghz, 1TB, 460 GPU), and I must say I like it. The machine is fast and snappy. the keyboard is interesting. I have not had issues typing on it, but it has a different feel. The trackpad is massive and thank god they have corrected for my palms sitting on it. I do seem to trigger shortcuts on the touchbar now and then, but I guess I will have to learn to steer away from it if I don't need to click on anything. The touchbar has been interesting and useful for the most part. I.e. it's not just an Emoji bar.

Hope your machines ship soon guys. It has been a pleasure.

Ordered late (11/15), and mine is set for delivery by 12/28. I am hoping it will be slightly before that, at least before Christmas.

Woohoo!!!

My 15"/2.7/512GB/460 Space Grey was just charged to my credit card!!! Still says Processing Items but that should change soon. :D

My order was placed at 9:15AM PST on Oct 28 and I'm in Canada, eh! My delivery window is Nov 28 – Dec 6.
[doublepost=1479667589][/doublepost]Edit: Just moved to PFS. :D

Well, I finally got around to seeing one of these in person. Few things:

-The touch bar was okay, but not like "WOW OMG". If there were a 15" non-touch, might've gone with that. As someone who adjusts the volume a lot, the volume now being a two-step process to adjust is a bit annoying.
-When you click "About this Mac", it doesn't say which Radeon graphics card it has, wtf? All the 15" models have Radeons, so why is it not listed in the specs?
-The default resolution has been increased. Surprised I haven't heard much buzz about this. The 13" and 15" both have higher default resolutions now. Those of you that have the laptop already, are you using those higher resolutions (or setting it lower or higher--the lower one I noticed doesn't decrease the image and text quality at all)?

Same specs, just went to P4S. Only issue is that now it'll arrive while I'm states away visiting family for the week. What are the odds apple can change the shipping address at this stage?

Email the business team at your local store and ask them if they have the one you are looking for in stock. That is what I did to find my laptop. I even paid for it over the phone so that there was no doubt it was my laptop.

Ignore the tech and ask them to check the back room. They told me the same thing and I emailed the business team and that store had my custom config.

Where can I get the email address for the business team? Thanks

The volume and brightness can easily be one step! I was pretty stoked when I found out. Check out 9to5mac's tips and tricks video.

Exactly! I had a Nov 14-21 window (2-3 weeks), but it hopefully looks like it's coming this week. However, I have a strange status. It shipped on Thursday and since then it has been sitting at "Shipment dispatched" on Apple tracking and "Delivery information received" on DHL tracking. Anyone had similar issue?

I called Apple and they told me that it's coming from China and it should be here on Monday, but I have no way of tracking it... :(

Yep that's because the DHL Express Tracking will only start to update when your Mac arrives in Eindhoven NL. :)

if the dGPU is not in use it won't be listed in About this Mac, but it should still be in the system profiler.
