Ordered 13" i7 16gb ram 512 ssd on 11/10. Charged on 12/10 and marked as preparing for shipment. Shipped on 12/12. FedEx scheduled to deliver on Thursday 12/15. My original window was 19-23. So excited!!!!

So it looks like orders with Radeon Pro 460 customization starting from early November are getting delayed?

My replacement was supposed to ship out 5-7 business days from Nov 29 and deliver Dec 8-12. It ended up getting delayed to Dec 15-19 and is still stuck at Processing Items. Ordered 2.7GHz/512GB SSD/460 config.

Not sure if it means anything, but the Apple stores in New York that don't have the new MBPs in stock — which is most of them — all have the identical "Available Jan. 9" as the status.

Meanwhile, the online store still says "shipping 2-3 weeks."

Hi guys.

I'm getting my MBP shipped for in-store pickup (presumably on 15/12). Since some of you have extensive knowledge of tracking trickery, I was wondering if there is any way of finding out the tracking number of the package, even if it's being delivered to the store and not directly to the person in question.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm getting a bit fidgety here ^^

Go to UPS, go to Track Package, Choose track by reference number, put in your phone number and it should come up with something if your package has shipped.

Mine is STS for 12/21 and I keep checking this even though my order still says Processing 5 days after I was authorized for the charges.

Seems like it. They literally refunded my credit card and my order is still 'processing'. I'm going to give them a call as this is becoming unacceptable to not be kept in the loop for an almost $3.4k purchase. I don't know what the hell Apple drank in 2016 but they need to finish that damn spaceship campus and get back to making great products.

I'm here with you too. Ordered Nov 4th.
My last day of estimates is 15th (I have 2-3 days shipping) and according to Apple I will receive my machine on time (I spoke with them an hour ago).
Card charged since Thursday morning.
Status: processing.
Delivery to US.[/QUOTE]

Update: still processing.

At least the charge is still on your card! Mine was refunded!

I'm sorry to hear that... I really don't understand what is going on...
Did you call them?

I spoke with a dude from Apple and he said (again) that "MacBook will definately be delivered on time for you. We fully expect this to arrive on the 15 th at the absolute latest", and then he said that he can guarantee it.

Well, we will see

Yeah I just did. The customer service rep I talked to was pretty clueless. Said that the order could be delivered as early as today, but Friday at the latest. I said, well if it ships today and gets to me from China, then Apple is seriously holding back on some amazing transportation technology. But she did mention that it could be delayed but there was no information about that. I will cancel the order if it does not ship by Friday and go with a different computer.

well I guess finally after my CC getting declined twice even though i called my bank after the first time. They took the payment. I guess when you order $8k from apple they are cautious...hopefully it will finally ship now!

I ordered on November 19th, originally quoted for December 27th delivery, but it just shipped today and will be here on Friday the 16th!

Ordered on 11/10 Card Charged on the Dec 9th,

15in 2.9/1tb/460

called apple on Saturday because it didn't ship yet, they upgraded me to expidited shipping.

Shipping date dec 15th-21st STILL waiting

STILL PENDING!!

Called again, nothing they can do. I asked if my computer is built. THey couldn't give me an answer.

UGH!!

Chiming in... I ordered on Nov 5th, quoted Dec 14-20 delivery window. CC pending on 11/9, however order still stuck in processing. I did BTO 15" Space Gray 2.9/512/460.... from reading the comments I think the delays are the 460?
