When did yours get to Louisville? Mine was sitting there without an update for 4 days. Had an arrival scan 11AM May 16, departure scan 5PM May 19.

OMG, I will lose my mind if it sits there for 3 days without moving!! lol. It just arrived there yesterday morning at 8:41AM. My package was on the same inbound flight into Louisville as @mybrotherischad . His is now showing that it's cleared customs but he's in the U.S so it'll go in a different direction from here. The fact his was already updated was giving me hope because our packages were tracking along together at nearly the same time.
That said, no update on my end since yesterday morning's inbound scan in Louisville at 8:41AM.
Yeah I suspect the long weekend up here had something to do with mine and maybe other shipments sitting in Louisville longer than expected. I guess our packages are on different timelines but I don't anticipate yours to be far off.
Those of you who are still stuck in Processing status may want to check your local Best Buy* inventory. I cancelled my $1799 10th gen order with Apple and ordered for pickup today at Best Buy instead!

Best buy doesn't have pickup yet in Calgary..though some apple stores are opening here tomorrow and hopefully might just pick up from there

Very strange... So although my package still seems to be sitting in Louisville, the UPS site is now showing me that delivery is expected by 9PM tomorrow (May 21). Not sure how they are going to pull that off (I'm located in Oakville ON), but fingers crossed this all works out!!
I ordered through the education website and my delivery date is also June 1-June 8 and I ordered May 6. My credit card was finally charged today at 7am. Order still processing. Based on everyone here I’m expecting my Mac to ship soon.
Don't take the tracking history as gospel. At work I've been delivered Macs by UPS which tracking said were still in Seattle or Mount Hope ON (the two paths they typically take to Vancouver).
Mine is also still sitting in Louisville as of yesterday morning... I'm in St. John's, NL and was HOPING to receive it by Friday the 22nd which is what UPS says.

It seems my unit is shipping along with yours and is stuck at the same point. I7/32/1tb ordered on the 4th. I’m in Grimsby, Ontario (Canada). Unfortunately UPS out of Hamilton has extreme delays with local deliveries with all my recent deliveries being delayed multiple days “due to events beyond their control” - as such I’m not expecting mine until late next week, guessing due to Coronavirus. Apple shows me an expected date of May 26th and UPS doesn’t show a date at all currently.

Arrived at the door about an hour ago. Wont be opening it till the end of the day or else I know I'll waste my whole day with it. It arrived one day earlier than the UPS estimate and 7 days earlier than the Apple estimate. UPS completley dropped the ball with my last much less expensive shipment through them so glad to see they can actually function like a regular working shipping company some days.
Perhaps it has something to do with the value of the package? Either way happy waiting to you all, good news is they do show up eventually 😂

It is still under processing.. I will wait one more day and cancel this. Best Buy says it will ship by 5/27 ..
My order is still sitting in Osaka and Apple is still saying it’ll be delivered by tomorrow at 9pm (UPS says Friday by 9pm). At this point, I’m not even sure how it gets from Osaka to North Carolina by Friday evening unless it comes straight to the region, but maybe I don’t understand geography!
Let's hope they've worked out those issues. I say this because another member here also received their shipment from Mount Hope and it was out for delivery to him today even though it only arrived in Mount Hope this morning. The tracking on UPS is now showing me delivery by end of day tomorrow (May 21st) while earlier this morning it didn't say anything about date/time of delivery. I'm hoping this is a good sign!
Good luck. I hope we all get our orders soon but UPS in Canada has been extremely unreliable as of late. I am awaiting a delivery from the Concord, ON facility that was expected yesterday. Nothing came. Hoping it shows up today but there is no out for delivery scan.
However, the Concord facility doesn't scan packages as out for delivery 9 times out of 10 even pre-COVID. Our packages would get a destination scan and then just...show up.
I wish they'd at least scan the damn thing when it does go out, otherwise it's literally a guessing game every single day until it shows up. UPS doesn't hit my address until between 4-6 p.m.
My Apple order history says it is out for delivery, as today was the estimated arrival on Apple's end. UPS is still stuck in destination scan from Monday afternoon with an estimated arrival of....yesterday. I am betting it doesn't show up.
