They at least have been consistent in applying the penalty whenever two cars come together and one comes out the worse for it.
I agree all three should have been Racing Incidents, but now the drivers know how they need to conduct themselves - "if you hit, you will spend 10 in the pit".
They got a wing & tyres out straight away after the incident, but then he didn't come in because of the red flag.

That Ferrari doing really well to keep Lewis behind, even with power problems. Lewis needed to clear it quickly to build up a decent lead.

Ferrari win unless that engine issue comes back again. Second for Lewis and third for Bottas would be a good day for Mercedes though. Still think RBR will win.

Great race finish. Really enjoyed that. Lewis did an amazing job. Feel sorry for LeClerk. He came so close. RB will be fuming.

Great recovery to win the race, he wanted that one so bad! Feel for Charles as he also drive great today. I wish I was at Silverstone lol.

Horner now on Channel 4 pretty much comparing Hamilton to Rudolf Höss lol. Come on mate, it was a nasty shunt but born from the slightest of touches in what was a racing incident.

Yes I think he’s gone too far really. Penalty given. Penalty taken. Move on. I think Alonso weaving yesterday was worse. He was just lucky not to cause an accident.
