Lets hope these Divisional round games are a bit more competitive. Wildcard round had some snoozers.

My Picks:

KC over HOU

DET over WAS

PHI over LAR

BAL over BUF

Unless it is Prime, any new coach is going to be subject to Jerry's meddling.

Well they are talking. I can't see anyway this ends well. Both are attention hogs, but one is so much better liked than the other. That won't sit well.

I see the Rams giving Philly a game. They should have beat the Packers by 30, but they couldn't get the offense rolling.

The BAL/BUF game is one that could go either way. BAL has no receivers, so they have to rely on Henry. Buffalo's rushing defense is mid-pack, but top 5 over the last 3 weeks. This game could go either way.

No surprise. Unless it is Prime, any new coach is going to be subject to Jerry's meddling.
Jerrah is gonna meddle no matter who's coach.😒 We just don't know how much leash Neon Deion has to work with. The Boyz had a good thing when Jimmy Johnson ran the operations. They could have been the dynasty of the 90's but NOoOoo, Jerry had to have his input and ruined everything.😑 Why do some team owners thinks they're the next Al Davis?

I think it's the Rams who are the paper tigers... They and the Vikings were never consistent IMHO.

I was surprised how well the Rams played, especially in the first half. NFC West was not a strong division this year and the Rams were the lucky mediocre team that ended with the least mediocre record. This was still a rebuilding year for them......but the defense sure did a great job against the Vikings.

This,,,, this right here. Jerry knows best...

He has ran this team and organization into the ground, but they still make a lot of money. But dang man, it makes it tough to be a die hard fan.

I think Ravens/Bills is 50/50. A chance for either Jackson or Allen, maybe both, to prove they're in Mahomes' league in the elite tier. Or not (few are). But still the most attractive game on paper.

I don't think that meddling will set well with Prime...

The NFL, as well as the media, are probably salivating at the prospect. The size of that circus would bring buzz for the team, and the league, regardless of how successful it would turn out to be. The insufferable talking heads like S.A. Smith and Bayless would have field days on end, taking about the happenings inside the Cowboys' building.

Because they're billionaires who think they are smarter than everyone else.

Al Davis did some good things, but eventually, the league changed and he couldn't, or wouldn't, adjust.

Jones was also successful earlier in his tenure, but has overestimated his contribution to the team since, to its detriment, at least competitively.

Rich people don't get they way by being dumb. There are notable exceptions, but that is a different topic.

It's no accident that Jerry and Al were buddies. Their respective franchises, and their scions, have/will likely follow similar trajectories.

I kind of want to see the Commanders upset the Lions this weekend... Just for the chaos and the story lines that would ensue. I love a little chaos when I don't have a rooting interest.

Two kinds of fans rooting for the Texans this Saturday: the Texans fans🤠 and...

the ABC fans😁; pretty much everyone outside of Missouri and Kansas.;)
Everyone is sick of them. Hopefully, the refs will call a real game, but KC will get calls that aren’t there.

2 BS roughing the passer calls against Houston. The first one got them 3 points. The second probably wouldn't have mattered. The Chiefs would have won anyways without help from the zebras. Still, the refs tainted this win.

Refs that do their job properly would be great to see. Today they did the opposite and made calls in favor for the Texans. And just like last year they’ll push the Ravens. And if by some miracle, the Bills make it, I wouldn’t be surprised if the refs will bring the Bills into the SB unless the Chiefs can totally dominate the Bills. They don’t want the Chiefs to win. Much more money to make if the Bills/Ravens or the Lions win the SB.

Today’s game was great, Texans have the best defense in the playoffs so far. They showed it last week and this week too, but their offense blew it. Chiefs defense woke up really late.

When you hit the head of a QB when he’s down already it’s a flag. 🤷‍♂️
That’s just the new NFL, protect the QB at all cost.

What about placing the ball short or giving catches that are none in favor for the Texans?
Texans played a great defense. When it mattered the Chiefs defense was there, but they have to do better. Same for the offense, less dropped balls, better running game.

Jesus... the self destruction of the Lions. That wasn't a banged up defense, that was no defense at all. And in addition, no offense as well. 5 turnovers! What a shockingly bad performance and overall terrible game. It's not that the Commanders played well, the Lions played worse than the Raiders ever did. What an absolute mess.

I think the Eagles just made it to the SB. But what fun it would be if they self destruct as well and the Rams make it.
Snow game tomorrow? Could be fun.

Commanders vs Lions was entertaining! Didn’t expect 4 interceptions, that was wild. Lions offense looked great first half with Diggs getting a lot of yardage and the one handed TD catch by LaPorta. Lions defense just looked out of gas second half and Ekeler rolled in them. I didn’t really care who won.

Funny though right off the start of game you could see Dan Quinn says the F-word as the kicker kicked it out of bounce and Lions started at the 40 yard line.

The GOAT said it during the game. Everything resets in a new season. Last year's record doesn't count for anything this season. Ask San Fran…

Much of the same could be said for the playoffs. The regular season record gets you into the tourney, but everything else resets again, and you gotta go out and beat your opponent, or go home.

Turnovers and penalties make it easier for your opponent to beat you.

Many are sick of them, but on the big stage with the lights shining brightly on them, Mahomes and Kelce show up, and perform. Over and over.

Still, #ABC!

It was a good ol' fashioned ass kicking.
