That might be the best scenario for Sanders. People say Da Bears is where QB goes to die, but I believe the Clowns is the QB destroyer. Mayfield and Watson is the strongest evidence of this. Mayfield has become an above average QB since leaving Breveland. And Watson went from a top 5 QB to a dumpster fire as soon as the landed on the roster. 8 first round worth of picks wasted on QB (Johnny Football, Weedon, Couch, Quinn and Watson's 4 pick fleecing).

So why did Flacco not succumb to the Clown's QB curse? I think it's because he's set in his ways.🤭 Joe will continue his YOLO throws no matter who he plays for.
Yes, CLE doesn't have a good recent track record on evaluating/developing QBs, but Watson destroyed himself before CLE signed him to that ridiculous contract. Then he proceed to suck. Then he got injured.

In a month or two, the Browns will be Dillon Gabriel's team...at least until next summer's draft.

The problem is that we the consumer are caught in the middle. We just got a price hike in 2025, Google will be sure to pass on the higher cost to us. That last price hike push youtubetv close to the cost of what I could get comcast for

Streaming is no better than cable TV now, except it is easier start/cancel, and there are no contracts (though DTV does offer them).

I only watch a fraction of the lineup for my package, including sports, but I've been dragging my feet in evaluating whether it's time to cancel, and try to be more selective and only pay for what I need.

The money for those seven, eight-figure player contracts (which can now be found in college football, but that's another topic) has to come from somewhere.

If Micah Parsons is ready to resume acting like an adult, he could really help the Packers contend for the NFC North crown. And the Packers might not miss late first round picks if several of the young players they have develop into solid starters. I'm not sure where they pick in the second round the next two years, or how to find out.

Yeah it's really bad now.

NFL Plus Premium: $15 a month (includes Red Zone)
Paramount + Essential: $8 a month
Fox One: $20 a month
Prime Video: Most people have this so I will move on and not include it
ESPN Unlimited: $30 a month!!!
Peacock: $11 a month

So: around $85 a month. Or just get YoutubeTV with Redzone $94

Now I don't do this...

I only watch Redzone on Sundays, and I don't need to see Fox only college football games (Like Texas and Ohio State).

So I already get a combo with Hulu, ESPN, and Disney Plus. So it was like $9 bucks more a month to get

ESPN Unlimited: $9 a month additional
Peacock: $29 a year (special deal after I cancelled last year)
NFL Plus Premium: $80 a year

And that's all I pay, so it is way cheaper.

Looks like the Eagles squeaked by the cowboys, with Jalen Carter getting evicted for spitting but did Dak spit first?
He did, on the ground, while in huddle... just like everyone else, all the time. Carter is an idiot.

And Lamb... four drops... for someone earning $100M + $38M signing bonus, that's laughable. Once or twice, sh&$ happens, but four dropped balls? That cost them the game.

EDIT: oh and as far as rule changes go, the NFL finally found out it's not the 1950s anymore and replaced the chain with a hawk eye camera. Why not RF tracking? I don't know but let's make baby steps.

Also, there's expanded replay assist now, which gives replay officials the option to overturn penalties called on the field. Unfortunately they can't add penalties for unflagged plays. Maybe next season.

Yup. And the only reason Carter misinterpreted it was because he was going over to the Cowboys huddle to be a moron. Then saw Dak spit and decided to drastically ramp up his moronic behavior. The good news for him is that he's on the right team.

It was a strange game last night. Spitting, and dropping passes, and I thought in the first half it was going to get out of hand. It actually didn't and maybe the weather and game being delayed helped.

Oh my goodness, that thunder in Philly really put the players through the wringer! I noticed they were slipping all over the field too, and it seems like CeeDee Lamb dropped the ball a lot, which probably contributed to the chaos.

The game was so thrilling before the storm rolled in, but after the birds and DEM BOYZ got back on the field, they struggled to score at all.

Plus, it made the game super long yesterday!

For what ever reason, KC seems to start the season slowly and they tend to drop more games in the beginning of the season then latter, that may be happening this year as well OR the chargers are getting good.

Chargers can make it to the SB this season. Chiefs need a little more rebuilding and find their timing (two overthrown potential TD passed by Mahomes). Playoffs guaranteed, but I doubt they're gonna make it to the SB. Next season again.

As far as I know, the Bolts’ best run to the playoffs was in the AFC Championship back in 2007, when the first iPhone hit the scene. They weren’t in LA that year, though!

In the last few seasons, they’ve usually been knocked out in the wild card round. The last time they were in the divisions, it was when the Chargers were in LA back in 2019.
